Monthly Rentals in Wiscasset

This was my second time staying at one of Valerie's rentals in the building, and it was just as great as the first. The location is truly perfect- a beautiful Main Street with shops and places to eat is right at the doorstep- and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and homey. I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location! The town is like a postcard with friendly people and everything walkable, and Sumner’s little hideaway is a perfect HQ. The host is exceedingly gracious and responsive, and the unit has some great quirks and surprises. (You’ll have to book it to discover them!) Wouls definitely stay here again and we’re already thinking about our next visit. Easily a five star experience.

Lovely, comfortable. quiet cottage. Will come again. We have family in Wiscasset and other family members from CT have stayed in some of the owners other units with a positive experience.

Jeff's place exceeded our expectations. It was very well equipped and was plenty of room for our family of five. I saw the shop next door mentioned in some reviews, but it was not busy and did not bother us at all. Great location and we would love to rent this place again in the future. Thank you!
