Apartment rentals in Montreal

Enjoyed our stay at this unit. It served our needs, and was well located to the places we wanted to visit.

Unit near Montreal and parks
I had a great stay at Eduardo’s place. Everything was just as described, and I really enjoyed my time there. Thank you for the hospitality!

Design Apartment in the Most Trendy aera.
Great apartment, great location. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect place near great restaurants, metro, etc. Thanks for the great stay!

Modern 1 BR 1BA in center of Old Mtl | St Paul St
Wondeful stay, the location is perfect, the apartment has everything you need and was very clean and tidy, the host has been very kind and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more!

Newly renovated apartment downtown!
Very nice digs, perfectly faithful to the photos on the site. Bed was comfortable, and the two sofas were perfect to chill out at the end of the day. The apartment was on a small residential street, and very quiet.

*BrandNew* 2BR+SofaBed w/Roof Top in MTL -21
Carli was informative and always got back to us right away with any questions we had. She was a consummate host! The only issue we had was a little bit noisy at night time for our kids who had a hard time falling asleep. But the flipside of that is it’s a really fun neighborhood with a lot going on! We would definitely book with Carli again!

Free Parking Very nice 3BR, 10 min walk to metro
Great place to stay if you want a quiet place to stay. The parking spot was definitely great since it’s almost impossible to find parking late in the evening.

Charming Downtown Montreal
Great location close to lively street yet on a quiet side street.
Home rentals in Montreal

Feels like a Home , Away from Home !
indeed a great place to stay. My only recommendation is to have a firmer mattress in one of the bedrooms to give your guests the choice to have different types of mattresses.

1 FREE Parking| Majestic Old Port Gem | POOL table
A gem in the heart of Old Montreal. Conveniently located, walkable to many attractions and restaurants. Would stay here again. The house is old but has all the modern amenities. Very happy to have stayed here.

Heart of downtown Montreal+ parking
Perfect location. Responsive and helpful hosts! The neighborhood felt safe. We walked everywhere. Good bagel shop around the corner. Parking spot was a plus, and paid public parking just down the street. There is no street parking unless you have a permit. It was a very livable home. The basement setup with two queen beds and two twin beds was perfect for the teens. A few things to share for future guests (I always find helpful): As mentioned, you need to pull the door toward you while entering the code for it to unlock, glad we knew this. Towels are limited and bring napkins and paper towels. The listing does NOT promise these, but wanted to share so you can be prepared. The home could use some small updates and fixes, but nothing that would deter us from renting again. We love to cook but not an issue if eating out - the pots and pans are just okay, and there are no measuring cups. There are plenty of glasses, dishes, and silverware for a large group. Overall experience was great!

Cozy 2 bedroom home - entire first floor
100% would go back , worth the price!

Big MTL Airbnb 3 Bedrooms. Free Parking.
We had a lovely stay. Downtown and many things were accessible without being right in the city. Monk Street was nearby and has many shops and places to eat. Fugazzi Pizza and a Crêperie are around the corner. The backyard was accessible which was nice for our kids. The decor was beautiful and vintage. The TV was already setup for Netflix and such. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking for one vehicle was included, and we had no trouble finding street parking for a second car. Kristina is so lovely and took great care of us! We would definitely recommend and hope to return next year.

Cozy and Charming Home Plateau Mont-Royal
Very comfortable stay, good location.

Entire 3BR home: historic and charming
Elena’s home was an absolute dream. The place was incredibly cozy and welcoming, with enough room for an entire family (or a restful weekend for 1). Elena was very responsive and incredibly flexible to my changing travel plans. Should I ever find myself back in the city, I can’t think of anywhere else I’d prefer to stay.

Bright, renovated, spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom
We stayed for a weekend in February. Martinez and Albert were very welcoming and friendly. Place was great. There were 2 huge snowstorms but they made sure we were ok and kept clearing the snow. Would definitely stay here again!

Irresistible 2 bedroom condo, excellent location
Lupita’s place was a great stay. The location was perfect. Due to snow and beyond the hosts control made it difficult to find the condo. Parking is zoned but it worked out. Nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

The space provided is perfect for 2 people and there’s everything you need for a good stay (assuming your intent is not to stay at home all day) Everything you need to feel comfortable after a long day of going around Montreal is close to Condo. There’s great infrastructure around and it has direct access to public transportation within less than a minute walk. Overall Excellent stay!

Emine’s hospitality and wonderful home in a great neighborhood made our Christmas get-away to Montreal very special. We loved have the park just down the street and many great restaurants nearby. The home was so lovely and cozy that we opted to stay in a few nights and just enjoy - we felt so at home. Top 5 of our best AirBnB’s ever!

Your guide to Montreal
Welcome to Montreal
Stroll through the Old Montreal district and the grand architecture, cathedrals, and cobblestone streets have an unmistakably European vibe. But that’s only one side of Quebec’s most populous metropolis, set on a hilly island in the St. Lawrence River. Montreal has its own style and is known for its trend-setting design and music scenes, forward-thinking chefs and brewmasters, and globally influenced landscape. The modern downtown shows off the city’s creativity in contemporary exhibit spaces, giant murals, and the numerous festivals hosted in the Quartier des Spectacles.
Head north, where the scene gets trendier in the Plateau-Mont-Royal and Mile End areas — artsy enclaves known for concert halls, cocktail bars, and bakeries turning out the famous Montreal-style bagels. This is also a city of remarkable parks, each gifted with one-of-a-kind landmarks such as the futuristic inclined tower in Olympic Park and the famous dome over the Biosphere environmental museum in Parc Jean-Drapeau. As you venture further into the outlying boroughs, you’ll find each community puts its own spin on Montreal’s many charms.
The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Montreal
Montreal will woo you in every season, though summer’s jam-packed calendar, filled with acclaimed festivals and the Canadian Grand Prix races, brings out the biggest crowds. Summer in Montreal keeps the party going from June to August with the city hosting events as varied as concerts from international jazz masters and major beer tastings. If you want to beat the sometimes-muggy heat, then opt for fall’s dazzling display of colors arriving in the city’s parks. The Montreal Botanical Garden and the Morgan Arboretum are among the many scenic spots to take in the foliage.
Shoppers come out in force over the holiday season, when Christmas markets bustle and Old Montreal’s shops are all abuzz. Of course, winter’s frosty climes don’t phase hardy Montrealers, who show up by the tens of thousands for Igloofest, the season’s premier outdoor music festival. If the chill becomes too much for your taste, check into one of the Nordic spas and cozy bars that keep even the darkest months warm and cheerful.
Top things to do in Montreal
Mount Royal Park
Designed by the architect who planned New York City’s Central Park, Mount Royal stands out among Montreal’s many green spaces for the small mountain rising above the cityscape. Locals hang out here year-round, snowshoeing in the winter and hosting barbecues in the summer. But it’s a scenic spot any time of year for catching views of the downtown skyline, perhaps best seen at sunset from the Mount Royal Chalet.
Old Montreal
When people talk about Montreal’s French-inspired ambiance, they’re more than likely referencing the city’s oldest neighborhood. Old Montreal is home to several of the region’s famous churches, including the dramatic Basilique Notre-Dame de Montréal, one of the world’s finest examples of Gothic Revival architecture. While you can spend hours in museums like Centre d’Histoire de Montréal or lounging in public squares like Place Jacques-Cartier, this is also a dynamic neighborhood for browsing independent storefronts and dining. Window-shop your way along cobbled Rue Saint-Paul, a picturesque commercial district where you’ll find inventively curated boutiques popping up alongside established favorites.
Canal de Lachine
This historic canal is lined with industrial buildings converted into upscale residential and commercial spaces. Canal de Lachine also claims one of the city’s finest cycling paths for a pleasant spin on a sunny afternoon. Pause along the way to pick up picnic provisions to enjoy canalside at Marché Atwater, an Art Deco market hall dating from the 1930s.
