We stayed here for a week, and fell in love with it! The house has so much charm and character. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and want to stay there again. It was within walking distance to many places, including a beach. A definite charm in Beverly! The host was amazing! She was very responsive to our questions, and checked in a few times to see if we needed anything, which I appreciated. You are missing out if you don’t stay here!

Gabriela's beach house was so beautiful and the views were unbelievable! Right on the beach and the house had plenty of space for my family and I. She was very responsive as well! I would definitely stay again!

Mark’s place was retro and quaint. It brought back special childhood memories of the house I was raised in back East. We loved our time here. This home is cozy and welcoming and has everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Mark provided homemade banana bread and coffee. That was very much appreciated since we didn’t arrive until 11 pm and there were no stores open. The views were very cool and a great place for birdwatching. It’s a short walk to two different beaches and a friendly neighborhood to walk through. Ipswich is a wonderful town with lots of things to see and do. We would definitely like to book this place again. Thanks Mark.

The cottage is cozy and comfortable, including the beds. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet very accessible to hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, and shops. Fiona was extremely friendly and helpful. She is definitely a Super Host! We would happy have stayed longer if we could have! For those who like to ride your bike: Rt. 127, the main road that goes around Cape Ann, is very narrow and has no shoulder, so I don't recommend planning to bike there.

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

Nice apartment in really good location. So easy to get into town - bus - T - ferry. Also so easy to get to from the Airport. Apartment was very spacious - clean and tidy. Bar with restaurant at end of the street which also did take away. 20 minute walk to large supermarket. There was the facility to leave bags on final day after checkout as flight was late evening which was very helpful. Overall would recommend. Thank you.

This apartment is a great find! The location is perfect, not far from Boston, near every colleges for those who come visiting! This apartment building is indeed very new, built in 2021; but also blended in with history, the leasing office/lobby was converted from an old day chapel, pristine, elegant. Very unique Airbnb experience indeed. The small town is full of vibe with various kinds of cuisines, very good for families, young or old. Melissa, the host is super, giving us very detailed information and instructions from parking to checking in, every tiny details she thoughtfully considered. We couldn’t be happier to stay in this apartment. Highly recommended!

Loved this rental! Katie was so nice and very accommodating! This house was great! Pictures didn’t do it justice! Plenty of room and amazing views. My favorite room was the sitting room upstairs with views from every window! Lots of clean linens and super comfy beds! Check in and check out were a breeze. Easy to follow instructions on how to close up. Only complaint was on me! Wish we booked “in season” to take advantage of the beach! We will definitely be back! Thank you again, Katie! Our first trip to the Boston area couldn’t have been better! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The bedroom I stayed in had its own balcony with a beautiful ocean view—ideal for peaceful summer mornings or warm, relaxing nights. The open-concept living room and kitchen gave us plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring. But what really sets this place apart are two unbeatable features: first, you won’t find easier access to public transportation—there’s a bus stop just a 30-second walk away that takes you right into Boston. Second, the hosts, Milan and Anna, were some of the kindest and most helpful we’ve ever met. Their local tips made our stay even better. Great amenities, smartTV, updated shower, dishwasher, laundry, grill available to use, etc. Right next to the house is a beautiful walkway that stretches down the beachfront of Winthrop. We’re already talking about coming back as the Boston area is second to none!

Property was just as pictured, which I find extremely important. This spot is off the beaten path and quiet with a nice little walking bridge for a stroll. Close enough by car, to all the attractions of Glouchester when your ready to get out and about.

I've stayed at several Airbnbs and Carol's place is as near perfect as it gets. So convenient, clean, and cozy. Everything you could possibly need. Carol is a lovely host. I hope to come back soon.

This was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway! Proximity to public transportation makes this place an awesome option for Boston travels, the ocean is absolutely gorgeous! I ran the Boston marathon on my visit and the hot tub was incredible for recovery! The bed is so comfortable and even though we didn’t cook anything, we easily could have! Having a washer and dryer in the unit available meant that I don’t have piles of laundry to do when I get home!

Stayed with a friend in April and it was perfect for our needs. We had a comfy room each and pleasant living space and patio. Bathroom was small but it didn’t matter. Shops and cafes and harbor all very close walk away. There’s a good place on Tuna Wharf to hire ebikes and kayaks to get around, too. No need for a car really. We arrived on the train to Rockport - station is about 15 mins walk away and there’s a good grocery store next to the station.

Stayed over Christmas Holidays- 10/10 Views and Vibe! Gas Fireplace kept us toasty warm. Located a short dirve to town/ main street with GREAT food ooptions. Only drawback for those who like to cook, kitchen is limted to bare essentials. Cooking and serving large meals was a challenge, but would definetly rent again!.

We loved our stay at this property. The house is much more historic and lived in, if you are after a pristine and modern stay, this might not be the place for you. But the house more than made up for it in character and cozy vibes, and it fit in perfectly in the charming historic neighborhood in Marblehead. The area has a lot of wonderful spots you can walk to, and the host provided historical information about the area and the house as well! We were so grateful for John’s proactive communication, we didn’t have any issues but I’m confident if we had he would have quickly resolved them! Overall my family had a wonderful weekend and we spent the drive home saying home much we’d love to make another trip in the summer to enjoy the ocean more!! Thanks John for a memorable weekend!

Nola has a lovely property and it is comfortable. Also, she is incredibly welcoming and kind.

We stayed at Jenny and Thom’s for a family reunion weekend in Newton where the festivities were at my sister’s house who lived nearby. The home was perfect for what we needed . It is very cozy, nicely decorated, very clean, and well equipped. The view from the back is so peaceful and we even saw a swan! The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are squeaky clean. Directions for care of the home are very clear - and little details like labels for the lights were helpful. Jenny was always available if we had any issues but we had none. We would stay again!

The place was excelente for a peaceful weekend, I wanted to celebrate my birthday and I brought my birthday cake and I found at the cabin some birthday plates, napkins and candles for my birthday cake, I loved the attention, the kind and I felt very welcomed. The place has magnificent views, I did some kayaking in the white pond, I can’t describe how beautiful was the cabin with the viewing, definitely I will come back.

Elena's place was as pictured; clean & comfy. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you could possibly need and plenty of counterspace. The bathroom was also well stocked and updated. The king bed was very comfortable with plenty of closet space. We thoroughly enjoyed the private deck, just off the living room. It's on a very nice street and quiet neighborhood. We were there for a week and found parking on the street several times. There was always a spot around the corner or nearby. Elena responded very quickly & was always helpful & kind. I highly recommend! We would love to stay there again.

My family enjoyed staying here. It had a beautiful view from the back. Gorgeous in the morning! I loved it here and we felt at home. There was plenty of room for our family and it felt so cozy.

Excellent host! Sadi was able to resolve an issue we had with the heater very quickly and extremely responsive. We were really pleased with the upstairs unit, it matched our expectations much better than the downstairs unit. Great Lake views from the kitchen and living room areas. Quiet and peaceful inside. The girls went on a nice walk in the trail nearby. Overall, excellent stay with all the amenities we needed! Keep up the professionalism and good work!

We had a wonderful stay! The suite was beautiful, very clean, and decorated with a charming lakeside theme. It made a perfect home base for exploring Northeastern Massachusetts. Highly recommend!
