Brenda’s home was such a wonderful retreat for me and my husband’s honeymoon. Quiet and peaceful. It was a little difficult to get the place warm but the fireplace was nice to have and thankfully we brought a heating pad. Such a beautiful little home.

House was extremely spacious, very nice that almost every room had its own bathroom. Pool was amazing, we purchased pool heat and it was properly heated the whole time! Hosts were very responsive when we had questions or needed something. We did wish the house provided more bath & kitchen towels for the amount of people the house can sleep. House also does not have any spices which would be a nice addition. Was in a very nice neighborhood and would definitely stay again. Great for large families!

I felt right at home here and would happily stay again! It was easy to find and close to town!

We have enjoyed out trip so much we extended by one night and they had absolutely no problem doing so for us! Last minute needed to bring our dogs with us and she was more than happy to accommodate for us. The house had all the necessities plus more, only a few minutes away from the beach access , the neighborhood is a great walking neighborhood/ very quiet and peaceful! We can’t wait to come back!

The cottage was beautiful. Unfortunately, we did not get to meet Raymond because he was out of town. However, he stayed in touch with us at all times to make sure that everything was fine. We very much appreciated that. The beds had fresh linen, the bathrooms were spotless, the kitchen and living/dining room area was very tidy. Plenty of natural light. The neighborhood is very quiet and lovely. Felt very safe there day and night. Supermarket and commercial shops are in walking distance. We unfortunately did not have time to try out the outdoor amenities but both barbecue grill and hot-tub were covered. Raymond, thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful cottage. We hope to stay there in the future. All the best!!

Wonderful little home tucked off one of the main areas of wpb, super clean house and check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again whenever I have to come back down!

2nd time to rent this beautiful place. Our stay is wonderful and memorable at all. The house itself speaks on how the owner great and treat their house guest. I will come back to this place again. High five for this place.

Excellent location. Everything was walkable (we walked to the condo with our luggage straight from the ferry terminal). Having the golf cart was so convenient for going off the beaten path or grabbing groceries and hauling them back. Wonderfully responsive host. We will 100% book here again next time we come to Catalina.

This was a very last minute trip and it could not have turned out better. Debi’s place is in the perfect location with the BEST views (I’m a sucker for a sunrise). Even with the weather being cooler than we would have liked we were still able to get some nice sun on the rooftop deck, slipped down to beach for a bit, and took a short drive into downtown Wilmington. The condo is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and fully stocked with anything you’d need and more. Do NOT pass up the opportunity to stay here! Best decision ever.

What a lovely place for my family and I to stay! It was only a few blocks to the beach . And only a short drive to restaurants and shops. The condo was spotless. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time! My best Friend and I came down with my two kids (ages 8,6) for spring break. Place was just as described. Was clean, and cutely decorated with a beach theme. Had some games for the kids as well. There was a list of great recommendations for things to do and restaurants close by. I had a few questions and host was very friendly and quick to respond! Just a short walk to the beach, but located conveniently right across from the pool! Hot tub was nice and relaxing, located in the middle of the building on the first floor. If you’re driving I would recommend brining your own beach chairs, as the ones provided in the unit are not very comfortable. Beach is gorgeous!we loved staying on the beach and just a short drive to this historic downtown area. We highly recommend staying here! Definitely grab breakfast at island donuts!

I cannot rave enough about this place!! From being so accommodating to what I needed, to the outdoor shower (might just be my FAVORITE past about this home, which says a lot) ...being so responsive and quick to respond to me.....the comfortable, safe location.....just to start!!! I love this place and will stay every single time it is available!!! Thank you Kristin and crew, for making my stay perfect, every time.

Over the years I've stayed in numerous beach houses, condos, etc. from entire houses to two person getaways, but this place... ...this place takes the cake. From the moment you walk in, you will find the ambiance to be an absolute delight to the senses. The use of interior space is smart and well thought out. Decor blends seamlessly from one space to the next. Lighting is fantastic! The host was thoughtful and very helpful. Overall, this could easily be the strongest 5 out of 5 star rating I've ever given for a vacation getaway. Many thanks to Aaron and Ingrid for this spectacular experience!

We enjoyed the quiet and serene space. Just what the doctor ordered for our needs. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Communication with Dana was great. Dana provided helpful advice and information about the area. We did have a peek at one of her cats - adorable. We highly recommend this space. Would come again. Thank you!

My family has stayed at Liz Lizard's beach bungalows for 10 years and we hope to continue to stay there for the next 10 years! Many years we have rented all of her bungalows. Liz keeps the bungalows super clean, and stocked with everything you need. Any questions/issues are answered very timely. LIz is VERY responsive! The beach area is beautiful, and the sunsets never get old. I can't say enough positive things about this place. We LOVE it!

For a more detailed review, please scroll down. My oldest wanted to celebrate his 12th birthday here, and only here. Thankfully he got a lot of bites! This is definitely part of our faves and will continue to come!!! Host always responsive.

My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and we absolutely LOVED it! Our dogs had the best time also. The views were great, so much available from fishing rods, bait, grills and kitchen utensils. Also, the DVD collection was impressive! We loved the property so much, we will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend for anyone trying to get away and relax. However, Walmart is only 20 min away so you still can get essentials easily. The Kurig stopped working randomly and Adam offered to go get another, which we declined because we aren’t huge coffee drinks but him offering was super nice! We also were considering changing our check-in/check-out dates, and he also was super flexible to any changes. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Excellent house on a canal that leads to seven sister springs. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. We saw an alligator off the back dock our first day and lots of turtles and fish each day. The house is within close distance to lots of fun activities-we swam with manatees and floated the rainbow river while there. There are multiple kayak outfitters within walking distance of the house so if you do not like sit in kayaks you have very close rental options.

We stayed here with 10 women on a lady retreat it was perfect - all the amenities you could need and more with the kayaks and St John’s River and many springs nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Amazingly beautiful!

This was our 2nd Visit to Jean's cute cottage. Everything was just as we expected having stayed there only a month or so prior. Even though winter is still hanging on and temps were pretty bitter, it is hard not to relax looking with the lake views from inside. And you will appreciate the hours that she put in to the beautiful quilts which are displayed in every room. We will be back when the weather warms up! Dan & Lu

The house clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The porch on the water was perfect for relaxing and watching wildlife. There were a variety of birds, lots of turtles and fish. We caught several bream and bluegill and I caught a large catfish. We tried all types of bait even worms but the small bits of hotdog were what they hit every time. Do as directed by the owner because there were several alligators in the water ..so stay clear. I do have a picture of one of the fish that I will try and post. We had so much fun that we forgot to take more photos! The couch is comfy and we watched tv when we were not fishing. There is a Dollar General close by. The bed was smaller than what we are used to but was comfortable. Nice crisp clean sheets and a lovely spread. Extra blankets and towels are there if you need them. Perfect place for relaxing and enjoying nature, very quiet. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you Nicholas and family for sharing your peaceful place with us. 😊
