Vacation rentals with beach access in Waldoboro

I love Maine's working waterfront and even though my stay was in the off season there was a wonderful glimpse into our fishing economy and the hard work it takes to keep it happening. The quality of light in the unit was amazing, and viewing the moon across the water was stunning. Easy to access all that the midcoast has to offer within an easy ride, to Rockland and Damariscotta and Boothbay and Wiscasset -- my favorite spots. Beautiful places nearby to hike and explore. Onsite staff people Debbie and Blair were wonderful; when I had an issue with the internet -- it was fixed quickly. Unit was well equipped for a person who loves to cook. Also having a bathtub in a waterfront apartment was a plus since many don't have them. Clean, comfortable, safe-feeling -- all one could want in a Maine coastal vacation. Wish I could have stayed longer but instead I'll just plan to go back again.

As described! Located right behind Farnsworth Museum and walking distance to Main St. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Rosemary was very prompt in responding to questions. We had total privacy with easy parking. Nice upper deck for breakfast and a sitting area in the yard below. Main bed was super comfy. There’s a daybed in living room. (However, the daybed mattress may not be comfy for an adult.)

I really loved staying here, the loft is private and has a cozy warm vibe (loved the skylights and deck!), I felt extremely safe here as a solo traveler and really felt at home. Everything is well thought out & equipped (parking & laundry!). Glenn & Mary Jane are kind, lovely people as well, and the beach is magical!

We had a wonderful stay. Pat was very responsive and helpful, the place was comfortable, quiet and perfectly located. It was easy to come and go and the island is idyllic. We loved our first visit to Maine!

This spot was perfect for a weekend getaway! The Airbnb was clean with spacious accommodations. The apartment has an amazing view of the ocean. Adilah was great to work with! I would highly recommend this stay!

Great apartment in a very walkable part of Portland, a perfect location for exploring the city. It was clean & spacious with a very comfortable bed and we appreciated the off-street parking. The owner Jeff and his wife are very friendly and served us a fantastic meal at their small brewpub downstairs. I normally wouldn’t choose a rental above a pub, but theirs closes at 9pm every night, so noise wasn’t an issue at all. Would highly recommended this unit for a stay in Portland.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Noah's home is a little slice of paradise on the coast of Maine. It's private, cozy, and surrounded by stunning nature. We found the home very clean and well-cared for. My husband, children, and I spent a week unwinding at Noah's home and only wish we could have stayed longer. We particularly loved the fireplace, well-appointed kitchen, and the kayaks. Beds were super comfortable. Views were gorgeous and location perfect jumping off point to explore nearby Blue Hill and Deer Isle/Stonington. Highly recommend visiting during autumn. We can't wait to return!

The Ocean Breeze in Belfast is a beautiful place. We stayed in the basement apartment. It is spacious and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The price per night is no joke..its a great price and William is a great host. The upstairs is rented and you can hear footsteps, however its not bad . Watching the sunrise from the beach this morning was amazing. I highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or romantic getaway.

The house is stunning. I stayed here for a work trip. The location and the ambience were perfect to get my work done. I wish I had more time to explore the beach area. But my booking coincided with a lovely snow fall. The house is very cozy. The hosts were very responsive to all of my questions. The interior decor is lovely. And I slept really well on the master bedroom bed. I’d love to know the brand the mattress is. Thank you so much. I look forward to returning on a leisure trip when the weather is warmer. But the snow is absolutely lovely.

This is a charming, quintessential Maine cottage. We loved getting to stay here during our family reunion weekend, mere blocks away from other family members who live in town as well as the Marshall Point lighthouse, Monhegan Island ferry, Dip Net, Black Harpoon and Fresh Catch. The house has been tastefully restored and appointed with affection for its rustic, historic character.

We just completed our second summer and are still in awe of everything this property has to offer. From the amenities inside to water accessibility, access to many fabulous restaurants, and complete silence from every corner of the property, this house on this island gives you everything you could ever hope for in a summer retreat. George is a fantastic host, extremely responsive, and always willing to help. The property is well-kept, and the house is clean and full of additional supplies. You can't look for much more than what this property offers.

Great place to stay. Very cozy, unique and comfortable. My kids loved the upper bedroom as well as the entire space. The backyard is big and private, was wonderful for my dogs. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend this rental.

As mentioned before this home was enchanting. My only regret was I didn't reserve for longer. Every room had a view of the sea. We took advantage of that and spent a few evenings sitting at the picnic table dining and BBQing. The most relaxing time we have all had in a very long time. Many thanks Caitlin. Unit was very clean, situated in a quiet residential area and within walking distance to many of Portland's best bars, restaurants and attractions. Host was communicative and provided clear guidance on check-in/-out procedures and offered up suggestions to local attractions. On my recommended list - dinner at Twelve (one of the best restaurants in the US, IMHO); on-site food truck tacos washed down with a Hazy IPA at Bellflower or Austin Street Brewery; an everything bagel with lox & morning latte at Forage; the East Promenade for a food truck lunch, then a stroll along the waterfront trail to the port area for an ice cream cone at Gorgeous gelato; afternoon coffee at Double Great Coffee; and a post-dinner whiskey @ Independence Ice. Only downside on my visit was the upstairs neighbor. Dude clearly isn't a principal dancer in the Portland Ballet, as light on his feet wouldn't describe him. Not a stereo or TV issue - you can just hear the noise from him walking (8AM-10PM when there)

This condo really exceeded our expectations in how beautifully it was decorated and the amenities that it had. The location was perfect for walking down to the shops and restaurants in the Old Port area and Patrick and Tara gave a great list of restaurants and other places to check out close by. We were only there for 2 nights. I wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully we will have a chance to stay again some time.

This is a beautiful apartment that is thoughtfully equipped with all that you need. I appreciated having a back yard with a picnic table as well as a deck. The beach is a short, lovely walk and my pups thoroughly enjoyed the early morning off-leash romps with all of the other dogs on the beach. It felt like we were in the middle of everything and at the same time could easily take a 5-10 min walk and be away from it all if wanted. Across the road is the Scratch Bakery with amazing breakfast sandwiches, treats and coffee - be prepared to stand in line. There is also the Willard Scoop shop for delicious ice cream - also very popular.

We really enjoyed this space! Everything was great. The listing did say there may be noise from upstairs but we didn't hear a thing. Thanks for the great stay!

Great location, but a lot of money for the quality of the accommodation and size. But very quiet and comfortable.

BEAUTIFUL landscape directly on a lake with access to fishing poles, kayaks, and canoes, we felt like we didn’t need to leave the property at all. Perfect location to visit Acadia and near by towns. I wish we could have stayed for twice as long. The condo itself seems to be brand new! The beds were comfortable and the decorations and big screen tv were a nice touch. We spent hours on the dock and in the lake (kayaks). Cannot wait to return to this slice of heaven.

We loved our stay here! The location was beautiful and the home was perfect for us. Great restaurants were only a few minutes walk away, as was a pretty walking path overlooking the ocean. Ej was such a thoughtful host, providing local recommendations, proactive communication and a great welcome. We hope to come back someday!

Tyson was very responsive. We appreciated the fact that there was coffee in the fridge as well as creamer. :-) Not needing to run through a move-out checklist was great and made our early morning departure less stressful. I loved that there were plenty of towels and a stocked laundry area as well as throw blankets to use while relaxing in the living room.
