Monthly Rentals in Toddy Pond

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage and luckily we also had great weather for April. It was really easy to get to and from Acadia and Bar Harbor. When we had a minor problem Jean-Yves dealt with it in a friendly and efficient manner. We would definitely return if we found ourselves back in the area.

We can't say enough good things about Molly's spot. The layout and setup is just great and really neat overlooking the lake with a nice cleared walking path thru the site and down to the water, several picnic tables set up in different areas and chairs around for seating. All the amenities you would want with the little outdoor kitchen and grill, tenting platform and the 1 room cabin with electricity which we loved. Molly had a lot of little extra things around as well. This spot is very private, secluded and quiet. Our 2 goldens had a ball running around in the very spacious wooded areas or to explore (if they were not in the water..which was a lot)! Also can't say enough good things about Molly, just a super host, great person and communicator and she did a great job at this spot. We will be back for sure.

Our recent stay at Gran Den was fantastic! Brady was super helpful, and communication was quick and clear. The cabin had all the amenities we could ask for and more. It's rustic and full of character yet incredibly comfortable and clean. The spacious layout made it very user-friendly. (The pictures are great but it’s eve better in-person.) The location in Surry is ideal, with Bucksport to the west and Ellsworth to the east, making it a perfect spot to explore the area. Highly recommend this for your next trip.

Walking and sun rises were wonderful. The cabin was clean and welcoming! Very quiet and peaceful. The only detail that would enhance the stay and departure is not having your guest do house keeping ( putting dishes away, stripping beds and starting laundry) though house keeping charges were included.
