Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Rockland

Lori’s is exactly what we need while visiting family over a holiday. She is very gracious to host us over Thanksgiving as the last occupants of the year. Even during a snow storm, her place is cosy and beautiful. This is our second year coming, and we love it every time. We would recommend it for those looking for a charming getaway from busy life. We chose Jeff's house in Hallowell for our first trip to Maine because it is conveniently located near the Maine Cabin Masters' Kennebec Cabin Company store and Woodshed Restaurant, the town of Hallowell is quaint, and it's easy to get to Waterville, Cape Elizabeth, Portland, and Camden. We visited all of these places and were fortunate to have beautiful weather for late April. While we didn't use the hot tub and only tried the sauna once, we can definitely recommend this house for skiers. I can only imagine how good the sauna and the electric blankets on the comfortable beds would feel after a cold day on the slopes! Jeff is very friendly and provided recommendations. All around great visit and would stay again on our next trip to Maine.

We enjoyed our weekend away at Mayya’s guest house! It was the perfect size for the two of us and we felt there were more than enough amenities to ensure our stay was cozy and peaceful! The add on of the hot tub was much needed and appreciated as well as it was getting chillier at night and it was the perfect addition! I would have liked to take advantage of the walking trail but the weather was rainy so we didn’t get to. We would definitely stay here again for a couple days and thank you Mayya for being a great host!

Our stay at the skylight treehouse was amazing and just as nice as all the other reviews said. Feras and his family went above and beyond leaving flowers and cookies and a little note waiting for us when we arrived. The place was staged in such a cute way with the fireplace on and made it feel very homey. The hot tub was the icing on the cake overlooking the lake and even though we knew there was another treehouse right next door there was a privacy fence making it so we felt totally private and alone. Would definitely stay here again.

First off. Let me say the house was great. It was nice and big plenty of room. Very clean we had a big gathering and everyone absolutely loved it and was very satisfied with the price they paid to stay the weekend. Even though we went during the offseason it was still a great time. We Will definetly book this Airbnb again. Thank you Krystal and we will be in contact again.

This was our first experience with an Air B&B and happy that it was with Spencer. Our main reason for the East Coast trip was to see our grandsons football games at Bowdoin College and it was a perfect location. We stayed for seven weeks and loved the experience.

Nice place to stay. Nice kitchen well equipped with pots and pans and everything you need for preparing meals. Nice and clean. Would stay here again if in the area.

We had a great time! The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog, and a great location just 15 minutes to the downtown area!

Stayed with my wife and 2 year old son for a full week. Wonderful location walking distance to many shops, bakeries, restaurants etc. Blackout curtains in the bedroom were helpful for our son with naps and early sunrise. Playground a 30 second walk down the street which we used often. Private parking space directly behind the home was also convenient. We thought it was great value for the location and a nice alternative to booking an apartment or larger home when we spent the majority of our trip out exploring. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience.

Second stay at the farm house. Two weeks this time. We just love it here. Plenty of space yet cozy, everything you need, lovely outdoors space. We enjooed watching the chickens, dicks and horse next door. I wish we could stay for months. Thank you, Amy and family!

We had an amazing time over valentines day weekend. There was a snow storm and Kent snow blowed around our vehicle to make sure we could get out. The house is very comfortable and peaceful, amazing view of the river and just off the road enough to not be bothered by passing traffic. Definitely recommend!!!!

Katrina's home is always clean and welcoming. The living room (TV area) is comfortable. The dining room table a nice work space if you need to 'work from home' while in her home. The additional half bath on the first floor - a great addition. I am already considering when we will return !

Great house and good location, it was warm during our stay. Enough space for our company. Not far away from the city. Overall it was nice staying there.

Ryan’s place was just as advertised. It’s was centrally located within walking distance to stores and restaurants within a quiet neighborhood. The home had all one would need to be comfortable. Additionally there was a nice outdoor fire pit and a hot tub. I would recommend Ryan’s place.

The perfect place for a weekend away with friends! Easy to find/get to, and less than 15 minutes from downtown Portland! The house was extremely clean, well stocked with anything you might need, comfortably furnished, and looked just like the listing. Susan was extremely responsive and helpful! Highly recommend, and we can’t wait for our next stay here!

My stay was very comfortable. The property was well kept and updated. The beds and furniture were were in perfect condition. Both the house and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would visit again!

BEAUTIFUL Home!! Tons of space to relax and spread out with our family! The beds were very comfortable! We really appreciated all of the bathrooms for our group! The kitchen was huge and so handy for preparing meals! I absolutely loved the style and atmosphere of this wonderful home! We also loved being able to bring our dogs!! My wife and I spent 2 nights here while traveling Maine. It was very relaxing and exactly what we needed towards the end of our trip. It was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced but I would absolutely do it again! We also fell in love with this restaurant down the road called “Farmhouse Beer Garden”.

I recently stayed with my family at this incredible Airbnb that exceeded all my expectations. This property offered a hot tub, a pool table, and a level of privacy and tranquility that made for a truly relaxing getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was being able to watch the northern lights from the hot tub – it was absolutely magical. We spent a week in Acadia, and the location was perfect, just 15-20 minutes from Bar Harbor or the nearest town. The hosts were very responsive, and the place was fantastic for families, being both kid and pet friendly. It was a week filled with unforgettable moments, and I can't recommend this place enough!
