I can’t even describe how cool it is arriving to an antique fire truck in the driveway but it perfectly goes with this home! Once we arrived finding all the nostalgic antiques in the home was so amazing. From dominoes, to an old poker set, to the amazing Singer! All the beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. The yard is huge and my doodles loved being there and were not happy to leave! Kitchen is perfect for the family breakfast and dinners we prepared! The only recommendation is a sharp knife, other than that, this place is perfect! Thank you for having us, we will definitely be back!!!

Just wow! My family spent our first ever spring break vacation at this beautiful home in a gorgeous location. It feels remote in terms of quiet and the ability to relax but a Hannaford’s is right over the bridge and was so easy to get to the other bigger towns and the city of Bangor. My kids enjoyed spotting and identifying birds and got a kick out of seeing wild turkeys and deer. If the house had nothing but those picture windows, it would be worth the visit! We would definitely stay here again in a heart beat.

Great cabin, lovely views and pretty place. A few touch ups we had recommended (no shower, just a bath), however - such a serene place to stay for a weekend or couple weeks!

Probably the best property we have ever stayed at. It was all in the little things, and the clear effort to make sure everything was provided. My husband was obsessed with their record player and amazing selection of music. I enjoyed the choices of salts and large soaking tub, teas, and easy access laundry. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this property over and over again.
