Monthly Rentals in Wells

We really enjoyed our stay at Ben’s place. It truly felt like a home away from home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, being so close to the beach allowed us to enjoy daily walks. We also appreciated your friendly demeanor and quick responses to any questions we had. The snow was a bit unexpected, but you were always on top of it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend your place to others. Thanks again for everything!

We had an incredible time! Everything was just as described! The elevator was an absolute plus for us older ones (haha). We would absolutely recommend a stay here and we hope to be back! Also, we were nervous about parking, however, my GMC Yukon XL fit in the garage! Wells Beach is always a great place to come to and recharge, we will be back!

We loved Carla’s place and the thoughtful amenities like beach towels and chairs. The screened in porch was especially nice and made the place big enough to have two people work from home without any issues. There is also a nice outdoor space with picnic tables. Our favorite part was the kayaks at the marina only 4 min away from the house and loved that Carla shared two different places to explore with the kayaks. There were many restaurants nearby and you could walk to the beach in 20ish min if you wanted to. Would definitely stay again!

Evelyn has a beautifully well kept condo that suited our needs perfectly! Rooms were clean and stocked - very nice accommodations.
