Frank's farmhouse and land is beautiful, and the apartment very comfortable. Frank himself was friendly and flexible with regard to check-in, and gave me a quick tour of his property. Very convenient to Sanford/Springvale, where we we visiting family. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area!

This home was perfect for our stay. It is in a great location with plenty to do within a reasonable driving distance. The home itself was spotless and provided us with everything needed. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a great stay at Christian’s place. It was just what we were looking for and exactly as described. The bed was comfy, the space felt clean and we had everything we needed for the night. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfy, affordable spot in a good location.

Travis is great host. It is absolutely clear that he's put heart and soul into the AirBnB undertaking. His managing of the properties, his personnel, and his immediate handling of all communications with his guests appear consistently professional. We stayed for three days in one of Travis' properties for Easter and a family holiday. All was great, we were communicating with Travis as needed. He was always responsive and along with that he provided us with a bit of information on local restaurants, entertainments, etc. The price we paid was reasonable and competitive, given the high reservation costs for upper-level hotels / Bad and Breakfast place in greater Portsmouth / Dover /Durham area. So, we had great experience with our holidays, and we are grateful to Travis & Cathy for their hospitality! We'll visit again.
