Matt went above and beyond with his communication and helpfulness during booking, during our stay, and even after when I’m looking to rebook again. He was flexible hands-on right there when you needed them. If you want a place to stay right on the snowmobile trails the spot is fabulous.

The house was clean and very well appointed. The neighborhood is very quite and the deer seemed to enjoy the yard also. Beautiful area and plenty of things to do on a snowy rainy April day. We've stayed in a different place almost every time we visit in the past 4 years and have been visiting the area for 18 years now.This is one of the best.

We have rented this house before, it does not disappoint. The description is accurate, very comfortable for 8 - 12 people. Kitchen has all the pots, pans, utensils and everything else you could need. We really like this house for snowmobile trips. Trail is across the street, plenty of parking, could not ask for more.

This was the second consecutive year we rented from Karen, like the first year the place was immaculate and set in such a serene area. The trails on site are always a favorite!

My group and I had an amazing time at Suz's place! Suz was a very accommodating and proactive host! The property itself was gorgeous inside and out! When we were not skiing, my group enjoyed our time outdoors exploring the backyard! There is a beautiful brook :) We were also very attracted to and appreciative of the indoor plants and all of the other little details added into the airbnb. Thank you again Suz for letting us stay at your lovely place - we would love to come back next year!

This house was incredible! Extremely spacious, clean, and private. Located on the back side of a farm we had our own space which was very much appreciated by our dogs who could run around the fields. Brad was so welcoming and responsive! He was flexible and friendly. We stayed to visit a family member in the hospital but will book again in the future for a vacation because the location was that beautiful.

I highly recommend staying here!! Such beautiful views and a truly charming and beautifully built and kept home! The kitchen was extremely well equipped, beds were cozy, it was pristine clean, and the space was just perfect. We didn’t want to leave. As a plus, check in was so easy. We plan to go back!

Great house and good location, it was warm during our stay. Enough space for our company. Not far away from the city. Overall it was nice staying there.

Jonathan and Lisa were wonderful hosts! We stayed 3 nights to enjoy some Spring skiing at Saddleback. The home was close to town and a quick drive to Saddleback mountain. The house is perched high on a hill overlooking Rangeley lake. The downside is that the driveway is steep and icy (this time of year due to the recent March thaws) but the view and sunsets are breathtaking!! For an additional fee, you can enjoy their newly built sauna and whirlpool. So relaxing after a day of skiing that we booked it twice. The house has all the comforts of home. Being culinary masters, we had a bit of a struggle in the small kitchen. But certainly most everything you need to prepare great meals. Communication with the hosts was excellent and timely.

We had a great stay here for a few days of skiing in March. We especially loved that we could walk quickly across a parking lot to the Snubber lift to get right on the slopes -- and it was easy to come back for lunch breaks on the colder days. The condo was clean, the bathroom was updated, and the kitchen was small but equipped for simple meals. There was plenty of room for four adults (and one small dog!) to comfortably hang in the living room after skiing. Note that there are lots of steps up to the condo -- we didn't mind, but prepare accordingly.

I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.

Great place to stay, beautiful surroundings, loved it! Cabin itself is big and there is always a room to have some quiet time away from kids playing. Plenty of cookware. Big Moose Mountain ski resort is about 50 min away with friendly staff and reasonable, not overblown prices.

The condo is as described. The condo is clean and has all the amenities described. It is conveniently located - a short walk across the adjacent parking lot to the snubber chair lift and next to the xcountry/walking trail. This is our third visit. We have no complaints when staying at George’s place!

Had an awesome stay at Mathews place. 20 min drive from Sugarloaf with an option for a shuttle even. Cozy spot next to a beautiful river. Allowed us to check out an hour late.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The host was responsive and provided good instructions ahead of time. The location is great, just a short slide to the condo lift. It is true ski in ski out, and provides a great Sugarloaf experience!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. We liked the proximity to snowmobile trails, the pellet stove, and the TV options. Thanks and we will be back.

Moose Tracks Cabin was incredible! Such a beautiful house surrounded by nature, yet still close driving to get into town. The house was used as homebase for a weekend full of skiing, snowboarding and adventuring. We took full advantage of the ping pong table and dart board in the basement! What an amazing home to be in for a wonderful extended getaway weekend with family. We will definitely be back!!!

A perfect little place for a quiet getaway. Our goal was to get away from work and spend time together without screens. Peter and Deborah were wonderful hosts that made us feel at home. Our dogs loved romping around in the woods out back during our stay. We turned off our phones for the weekend and were perfectly cozy reading, playing games, and making art. We went into Farmington for a little while and loved walking through downtown and both of the book stores.

This was the perfect spot to stay for a weekend of skiing at sugarloaf. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again next time we go up to the loaf!

Brenda's cabins are an excellent option for a visit to the Maine lakes region. We just love the fall colors around the cabins and there are nice trails for walks right on the property. Everything you'd need is right in the cabin and the location is just a 20 minute drive to Dover-Foxcroft and the beautiful Peaks-Kenny State Park and Moosehead Lake is under an hour. A day trip to Acadia is possible too.

Great cabin for my family of 4 and our dog for a quick ski trip. I have 2 boys aged 14 and 11 who loved the loft area. We stayed to ski at Saddleback for 2 days, so was in the cabin l for just breakfast and then evening. Is described accurately in listing. Enjoyed our time!

Very lovely home and home owners as well. Enjoyed the quiet very much at their place.

We enjoyed our stay at Craig's place. There was plenty of room for our group, which consisted of four couples. The house is close to Sugarloaf which was so convenient for the skiers. We stayed inside one of the days as it was bitter cold and were all comfortable hanging out in the living room playing games. Craig was flexible and allowed us to check in a little early and pay to stay longer through the last day. The view of the bog and mountain from the kitchen is gorgeous and we were able to get a small walk in following the little trail that borders the property and bog. All in all it was a convenient and cozy stay.
