Monthly Rentals in Casco Bay

2nd time staying here. Reason we came back was its so peaceful and comfortable. Very clean. Even had a snow storm while there and they communicated to come plow. They are very respectful and very much give great information. Will be coming back for sure. Its a 5 star stay in our book!!

Out stay here was unbelievable! We could not be more happy with out accommodation of the ease of the experience. Marcia was a wonderful host. She made check-in easy and quick, and was very responsive. The welcoming packet was clear, concise, and outlined expectations. She also provided plenty of local restaurant menus in the local area, and a plethora of local attractions that made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was very comfortable and functional, allowing for plenty of storage and amenities for cooking. The neighborhood, while walkable, was very quiet and cozy. This was perfect for out quiet getaway. We will definitely be booking here again!

This is my 3rd visit to Sandra’s place and I love it. It’s peaceful, very homey and comfortable. I look fussed to staying there again ! I totally recommend her place !

Great location, felt safe and very close to downtown Portland. Had everything we needed to prep meals and be confortable There were reviews about it being loud due to road noise, but that wasn’t an issue at all. It’s located in the city, if you expect quiet than stay in a cabin or somewhere outside the city.
