Sally was extremely responsive when it came to communication, and her binder gives you everything you could possibly need to know about not only the house but the whole area in general. She is an amazing host

Our group of 8 had a lovely stay at Nick and Sara's home. It was spacious and clean - and even had a lighted holiday tree to brighten out evenings. Plenty of room for our group to cook, exchange gifts and play games. Easy access to Morrisville for shopping and pizza! We'd stay here again winter or summer.

Susan and Jeff's place was awesome, and exactly what we were looking for as far as a peaceful getaway. My fiance had run the Boston Marathon earlier in the week and as such, the hot tub was a very welcome amenity. To that end, we were surprised when Susan called us and let us know she and Jeff were on their way to fill the hot tub with hot water since it had cooled down and gotten low, per their cleaner. I saw this in a very positive light and certainly left a good impression on me. The local area is very quiet and walkable with some excellent little shops, cafes, and restaurants; one of which is the Rek-Lis brewery. It is also right next to Franconia and there is no shortage of hiking and walking trails. The property isn't too far from Littleton and Susan was more than happy to recommend some restaurants to us. It is also only about an hour away from the North Conway outlets. All in all, we had an excellent time and appreciated the hospitality Susan and Jeff showed us.

Cool house, worked well for 3 nights and skiing at Cannon. Kids loved the pool table and bunk beds. There is no dishwasher which is accurately reflected in the listing. The hosts were very responsive and left little instructions all over the house which was nice.

Only in Hardwick for a short time and appreciated the central location to where we needed to be. Paul was wonderful to deal with and was quick to reach out with information. Because the weather was rainy, we loved the carport!

We had a great time. The house was 3 minutes from the baby shower we were in town for. It’s a beautiful, comfortable home on a quiet road. Elizabeth checked in with us, the morning after we arrived, to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful month & will do it again next year for sure. Location is great, Wood stove made it cozy on the cold winter nights, Having the snowmobile trail so close was a big plus for us. On a scale of 1 to 10 this was a 12. Highly recommend it to skiers, snowmobilers, & bikers. Doug, Sheffield Mass.

We had a beautiful Christmas holiday at Jade’s place, complete with 6 inches of fresh snow! The house was well stocked for cooking, had plenty to entertain the kids (puzzles, games), and was a beautiful place to be. We loved the farmhouse aesthetic, the many windows and the views of snow covered trees.

Good location, close to shopping especially grocery. Extremely well stocked kitchen.

Chad was an incredible host! He was extremely accommodating with any requests we had. The views from his place are breath-taking! We enjoyed snowshoeing from the backyard onto trails in the woods. I fell in love with his cat who visited daily! He kept the driveway plowed and salted in a timely fashion. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend his place!

Claudia's place was PERFECT! If you are looking to explore Hardwick this is the only way to do it, easy check in and check out and literally spackle dab in the middle of town! Did I mention it's right above one of the most amazing coffee shops, with a great space to work, people with and enjoy delicious homemade bake goods and breakfast sandwich! I also enjoyed positive pie and cork and fork! Thank you so much for everything, felt right at home!

Monica is absolutely great to rent from! She is so kind and generous , always doing anything she can to make the guest comfortable and have a great stay! She will go over and beyond. Highly recommend!

Received a warm welcome — symbolically, at the front door, and then literally, with a warm and cozy respite from the blustery weather. Was fully stocked with snacks and fun games. A wonderful stop on a long journey. Thank you, Dean!

We have stayed here a few times and will return. Diane is a wonderful host. It is like a home away from home, with everything we needed, bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper towels, clean linens, cloth placemats, ample towels, washcloths, shampoo and conditioner, abundance of toilet paper. The Wi-Fi was very quick and efficient. Very clean, cozy, comfy, environment.

Perfect peaceful stay, close to Jay Peak and the Inn's restaraunt is right down the road. Right on the river, we enjoyed being able to do a polar plunge in the woods to start our day! Our pup felt right at home and it's a perfect place to stay anytime of the year

Ideal Airbnb experience. The place was sparkling clean, updated, and everything felt new. Quick drive to town, but tucked away and quiet on the side of Burke mnt. I wound up extending my stay cuz I didn’t want to leave! I will def stay here again next time I am in the area.

Lucy is a great host!! The home was a perfect size for several people and The views around the property were beautiful.

From the moment we walked into Mountain Brook, our family of five felt at home. We were warmly greeted by a lit Christmas tree in the living room. The bedrooms were spacious. Linens and blankets cozy. The condo was walking distance to the Burke Hotel and ski trails. Unfortunately we had rain instead of snow, but had there been more snow, we could have taken advantage of more outdoor snow adventures. Ashley sent clear communications prior to and upon our arrival. She quickly responded to our messages. We would definitely stay at Mountain Brook again.

Spectacular spot for our family of four for our school break week! Sanita was responsive and accommodating, and we loved walkable proximity to lift, waterpark, and Tram Haus restaurant. Great layout and spacious living area. Thank you!

Just awesome. Slopeside access, close to Tram Side and right on Grammy Jay which was easy for the littles to get the day started on the way to the double. When it was cold (once) we used the fireplace and the condo warms up quickly. Plenty of hot water. A near perfect stay. Fantastic!

This was a wonderful place to stay with my family on our ski vacation. The ski in/ski out location was great and the condo itself was spacious, clean and cozy. We also really enjoyed the hot tub.
