This is a peaceful quiet hideaway in Pennacook, a village within the city limits of NH's capital city, Concord. It had everything I needed & was well laid out.

This place was immaculate. Squeaky clean. Super comfortable. Everything we needed. It was easy to find, Kate was so kind and the space felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back. The beach is very close, and it’s a very peaceful setting.

Amazing experience in a quiet environment. So resourceful and peaceful atmosphere. Bryan was ultra reactive and available. Attentive to make our stay a preferred place where I feel like at home Thank you again Bryan!

Rachel is a superb host! She was very responsive to my questions. Her apartment was pristine and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was excellent. Beautiful surroundings and was close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and many things to do within driving distance. Definitely recommend it!

We splurged as a family of 4 w/ our chihuahua. This is the absolute perfect home for 2 or even 3 families. Derek was responsive from day 1 of booking until check-out. The home is gorgeous. It's just as the pictures show, if not better. The basement has a bedroom with 2 Q beds, and the cinema can easily sleep a few more. This was a man cave for our sons! Upstairs, the master bedroom w/bath was perfect. There are 2 bunk beds right next to the master & another bdrm across the house. It's quiet, peaceful, and serene. We walked the trails behind the home (bring boots or hiking shoes if it's been raining). When you pull into the drive, on your right is a rolling river. The hot tub was a huge plus and was relaxing. We loved the fire pit (bring a lighter or matches) and playing pool, air hockey, & shuffleboard. My son brought his xbox & hooked it up to the 85" TV in the cinema. We watched movies via our Netflix account. We hope to go back in the future!

We had such a wonderful time at Ryan’s!! The house was so quaint and peaceful. The yard was great for our family. House was super clean and had everything we needed. This was our first experience with Airbnb and it couldn’t have been better. Jeremiah and Lisseth were SO communicative from beginning to end. The house was gorgeous, perfect snowy vacation. The kids loved the playroom! The hot tub was a dream in the snow. Plenty of space but still cozy at the same time. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely come back. We had the best week! We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for 6 adults. The house is very private, with wonderful mountain views and even better stargazing at night! It's close to a few swimming areas (recommended by Rachel) that were way better than all the crowded popular places in the area. We definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay, absolutely immaculate and pristine.

We had an awesome weekend stay at Monique’s cottage. The house was clean and equipped with all amenities listed. The yard space is huge for backyard games. Would definitely stay here again!

The cottages are well maintained and clean. The location by the lake was beautiful. It's pet friendly and they have a pet relief area. They had a lot of outdoor amenities like grilling, fire pits (even the logs were provided), lots of seating by the lake. There are kayaks and life jackets to use once the lake opens for the season. Just be aware that the cabin is two levels and there is a spiral staircase in the cabin. So anyone with mobility issues that is unable to use the staircase will have to access the lower level from the outside.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

Thank you so very much for allowing my family to stay at your place, my kids had a blast and it was nice to get away from the noise in Massachusetts. A great experience and lots to do, you don't go to NH for the walking distance, we go there for the adventure! Again thank you!!!

We booked Gregory’s condo on the same day that we arrived! He gave us the instructions for check in right away and it was smooth sailings. Kids enjoyed the pool and the 10 min shuttle to Loon mountain was easy! Great stay.

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

This is our second year coming here and we’re already considering coming for a third year AND we’re recommending it to our friends. This place has a highly functional (if small) kitchen, comfy beds, great location, very quiet (with the exception of one night of drunk college kids next door), very private looking out over the mountains, and a big pool, hot tub and sauna as well as an arcade room and ping pong! Shelly was quick to respond, even in the middle of the night with a phone number of someone who might help with the party next door (and that was only 1 night, we stayed 6 nights and that was the only middle of the night noise). The building is well kept and the staff is friendly. Top notch place to stay.
