Vacation rentals with beach access in Wilmington

Great location, place exactly as listed. VERY clean when we arrived. Ice in the driveway/walkway was a bit of an issue. Tom was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed in dozens of Airbnbs, including several in and around Burlington, and this is one we'll come back to! Our hosts' hospitality stood out as exceptional, which is even more impressive given that Brian was out of the country and JoAnn and Bill were out of state. We enjoyed being just a few minutes off the bike path, having convenient parking, and having easy access to downtown Burlington. The space was well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. We were in and out of the apartment all weekend and felt like we were coming home upon each return.

Meachele is a wonderful hostess and her place is cozy comfortable clean and exactly right for our family. We come up to Lake Placid for a hockey tournament and can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The place and her hospitality are more than you can ask for and we are so grateful that she opens her Airbnb to us.

The location is perfect with easy access to the Ausable river with brown trout fishing within 100 yards. Meg was friendly and responsive and made sure everything was smooth. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful Adirondack getaway!

Beautiful loft, even nicer than the pictures! Josh was really great and very responsive and helped us out a lot when the power went out. Great stay overall!

Second time staying here, great place. Plenty of space, kitchen and bathroom were stocked as described and check-in was easy.

We loved our stay! The place was extremely clean and bed was very comfortable. We did not cook but full kitchen if you want to with everything you would need. Plenty of towels and huge bathroom. The balcony was relaxing and beautiful view and beachfront. Would definitely love to come back.

This was our second stay, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! The location is perfect—an easy walk to downtown, making it so convenient to explore. One of our favorite parts of the stay was gathering around the beautiful farm table each morning for breakfast. The home is clean, cozy, and the perfect size for our group. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

I was very happy with the location and how easy it was for me to bring my kids on the lake and learn to fish. Beautiful views and a pleasant place to stay.

Had a great mini getaway with my siblings here. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect it was still nice to enjoy the outside with a stunning view. Clean cozy home with space for the 6 of us, pet friendly. Host was quick to return my call when I was confused about getting in upon arrival. Will mention this space does have neighbors fairly close & limited parking, not a problem for us but could see where others may find that a bother. Hopefully we can return and stay agin in the future!

Sonja is amazing to deal with. Very proactive and accessible. The house was in great shape. Her bathrooms were great - up to date, great hot water/pressure. She leaves clear directions and sets up the home to look like an inn (waters and flowers in the bedrooms). Perfect location to walk to town and only 15 mins from Whiteface. Very enjoyable and relaxing weekend.

18 Lake vacation house is a true gem with a breathtakingly beautiful view that inspires the soul! Its million-dollar view from the balcony is awe-inspiring from sunrise to sunset, and even on cloudy days. The house is immaculately clean and well-organized, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of six. Everything we needed during our stay was thoughtfully provided. The convenience of having access to the washing machine and dryer was a wonderful bonus. The neighborhood is a serene oasis, peaceful and quiet, with friendly neighbors who made us feel welcome. The hosts respond promptly to our texts and went above and beyond by notifying us when my husband forgot his jacket and offering to ship it to us. We fell deeply in love with this enchanting place and are already looking forward to returning in the summer! Thank you, Marco and Nicole, for sharing your incredible home and making our vacation unforgettable!

Beautiful and very spacious place across the street from Mirror Lake and within walking distance to town. Easy drive to all the activities Lake Placid has to offer. Additional downstairs living room is a great set up for kids.

Our friend group was looking for a place to stay close to the whiteface mountain and we got super lucky to find Jo’s house! Beautiful house, stylish & super cozy - we felt like at home right away! All this in addition to beautiful surroundings made our trip an unforgettable experience! Each bedroom had a private bathroom and a common bathroom on the first floor which was amazing for a group of 6 people. Showers deserve an additional mention - it was definitely a calming and relaxing experience! Jo is an amazing host. Communication was great, we were given a lot of recommendations about local “must-visit” places. The host is super responsive, kind and understanding! Overall, it was an unforgettable experience at Jo’s place and hopefully we can go there again in the future! we highly recommend it!!

We had a great stay here. The check in and out times were flexible which really maximized the time we had on our vacation. The location couldn’t have been better, town is just a few minute walk away! The amenities were also great, my family and I enjoyed taking out the kayaks. Overall great rental and could recommend.
