18 Lake vacation house is a true gem with a breathtakingly beautiful view that inspires the soul! Its million-dollar view from the balcony is awe-inspiring from sunrise to sunset, and even on cloudy days. The house is immaculately clean and well-organized, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of six. Everything we needed during our stay was thoughtfully provided. The convenience of having access to the washing machine and dryer was a wonderful bonus. The neighborhood is a serene oasis, peaceful and quiet, with friendly neighbors who made us feel welcome. The hosts respond promptly to our texts and went above and beyond by notifying us when my husband forgot his jacket and offering to ship it to us. We fell deeply in love with this enchanting place and are already looking forward to returning in the summer! There’s a reason Barbara has 5 stars! Barbara’s attention to detail and service was above and beyond perfect. We were greeted with cookies and bread. The bread is out of this world. Barbara’s response time was great, she’s always there when you need her. Barbara has many binders full of information for the area, and restaurants. Highly recommend the ausable chasm, ferry ride to Vermont, and ausable brewery! We will definitely be back in the summer months. Can’t thank you enough! Perfect getaway stay, felt right at home!

beautiful place right on the river! Lake Champlain and the ferry are a 5-10 minute drive, and you are able to bring your pup with!

This was my second stay at Carrie’s place. It is a lovely guest suite, so comfortable, stylish, extremely clean, the location is so quiet, beautiful kitchen and bath- just a great place to stay!

This was such a cute & cozy getaway! Karen has thought of everything you might need. There is a fire pit and a picnic table and lots of books to read. Lots of cute nature themed decor. One note for planning is that the toiletries are separate from the cabin. While the cabin is an 'indoor' experience (well sealed, clean, warm, etc), the toiletries are sort of like glamping. There is an outhouse-style toilet and an outdoor shower (with hot water). I love an outdoor shower but it was a bit difficult to use at night because of the dark. Still a world above camping, it’s just good to be aware. The wood burning stove and cheerful outdoorsy decorations were so snug and lovely. We chose this area to access the wonderful hiking in many nearby Adirondack trails. I hope to come back and stay longer next time!

Such a serene space. Such a beautiful view. And so easy to get to from Shelburne and Burlington. We slept well and woke to sun streaming into the bedroom, enjoyed our morning coffee (even though it was too cold to sit outside), and came and went so easily.

This unit was very spacious, clean, and exactly what we expected from the listing. Accessing the unit was simple, and Susan was very quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting Burlington!

My partner and I were so pleased with our decision to stay at Mary Ann’s place. It was well appointed with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and happy stay. The fireplace was a treat, as was the heated bathroom floor, and the complimentary bottle of wine. She even provided coffee and milk! We felt very cared for in this clean and happy studio. This was a beautiful spot for a stay in Burlington. It’s conveniently located near access points but quiet and comfortable. Nancy was an amazing host, provided all the details for my late check-in and reached out throughout. Would definitely recommend.
