Vacation rentals with breakfast in West Point

Amazing house looks just like the pictures. Only stayed one night but it was a great place to relax and the games there were entertaining. Would definitely go again for a longer stay.

This was our second time staying at the lake house, and everything was just as wonderful as the first time. Joe and Izzy were the perfect hosts, always there to help and provide any information needed. The house and property continue to be drop-dead gorgeous, but it remains an extremely comfortable and livable home to stay in. This is by far the best Airbnb or VRBO that we have ever stayed at, and we would highly recommend it without hesitation. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Many thanks to Joe and Izzy for creating such a special place.

The house is very old which we loved and also well renovated! Very comfortable! The kitchen is a dream for renters and there is lots of space overall. The view to the lake is peaceful and the convenience of driving to nice places is great. Sarah is a wonderful attentive host!

Kristin is truly the best host I’ve ever encountered! It is clear that she is doing this not as just a business but because she genuinely wants to create a sacred place rooted in care. We were welcomed with a delicious loaf of bread and she was readily available whenever we needed anything. She always ensured we were comfortable and would even come to shovel periodically when there was a winter storm. Anytime she stopped by she would ask if we needed her to pick up anything and would bring us a treat. The energy of the house is very special, it feels like you are in an extension of nature. There are relics from India, sound bowls, and stones from around the world under the floor that all contribute to the house’s magic. It completely surpassed my expectations.

place was exactly as listed. very convenient to visit our daughter at Marist and bring the dog!!! Natalie was great, and Diana was super-fantastic with co-hosting and helping us. The backyard was fantastic for the dog- she loved it! VERY reasonably priced for that much house!!!

Julia & Grant's home makes me reconsider previous 5 star reviews I've left. If they were 5, this is a 10. A truly exceptional airbnb through and through. It is spotless, private (outside of friendly neighbors on a private road), has everything you could need, and the property is gorgeous. The view that can be seen throughout the house is truly stunning. The stars and firepit on a clear night were amazing. The park like property has hidden gems and unique touches throughout. Our kids always felt like they were on an adventure. You can tell a great deal of thought and care has gone into the unique touches, which really melt it feel like a vacation for us (such as the holiday themed coffee cups and doggie bags). I could go on, but I don't want to spoil what you might discover on your own. Thank you all so much!

Outstanding vacation rental, responsive owner, great location! I'd highly recommend for anyone (individual, couple or family) looking for a rental specific to the Hyde Park area. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Clean, well maintained, very easy check in and Patrick was a great communicator. Beautiful yard, space to spread out with a Living Room and Sunroom overlooking a lovely yard and wooded area. Safe and quiet neighborhood locale and close to many attractions within minutes of the house. Culinary Institute of America, FDR Library and Museum, Vanderbilt Mansion, Walkway Over the Hudson were all within a 3 - 10 minute drive of the house. Fabulous dining in Hyde Park as well as in the surrounding communities. Great Hudson Valley antiquing! Also, Poughkeepsie Train Station was a 15 minute drive and we were able to travel direct to and from NYC for a day. I'd highly recommend this vacation rental, without hesitation. Three of my friends, and I were traveling to NY for the weekend. Even though this place is old, it has a lot of beds and plenty of space and amenities. We were comfortable and it was a great place to stay for our group or even larger. But the host, Brandon, made for the best experience. He had clear communication, and it was always accurate. I felt like he wanted us to have a good time and was supportive. I would definitely stay in one of Brandon’s units again. I highly recommend.

The property is beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay! The weather did not cooperate with us, it was drizzling most of the time, but we still made the best of the outdoors!

Staying here was a perfect little getaway after a few long days of activity. The area is super peaceful, conveniently located, and our host was helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Dan!

Beautiful house across the street from the lake. The views from the kitchen were amazing. The pictures really don't do the place justice. It's very spacious. The kitchen is huge with modern amenities. Wonderful place to stay in the north part of the lake.

Donald is very attentive and wants to ensure your stay is comfortable. It was much appreciated and I would stay again.

At Thanksgiving we like to be at an Airbnb instead of an hotel while visiting family in the area. Roseanne's place was perfect for three of us. The condo was very comfortable, clean and a private place to be altho we didn't spend a lot of time there. The beds were comfortable and there is a lovely view. We would stay there again.

Doris was an amazing host who went above and beyond in making the stay both comfortable and convenient! I would highly recommend her to anyone staying in the area!

Great and very clean apartment. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and access to cleaning products. Felt like home.

We were so happy to be back at Joe and Barb’s. Their hospitality is wonderful - from recommendations to bonfires to impeccable breakfasts. Already planning our next stay!

Incredible place to stay! Had enormous cozy living room, bedroom, and bathroom to ourselves that was perfectly furnished with interesting farmhouse style decor. Bedroom and bathroom were clean, coffee and tea in the living room and games/books, and the best part was the outdoor space - lovely big backyard with lots of outdoor seating, cedar hottub (shared with other guests but no problem there!) and swimmable creek (enjoyed cold plunge -> hot tub in late Oct). Leaves were beautiful this time of year, easy 5-min bike ride to the O&W rail trail, and 10 min drive to Kingston and close to Woodstock too - Sarah gave great food recs. Can't wait to come back.

I can't recommend this enough. Susan is really great. Free to site see , meditate, write or read. The perfect environment. You'll feel right at home in the country.

This is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the Hyde Park area. Best to rent a car once you’re there, but it’s very close to many great attractions. Troy’s home is beautiful and clean, with a lot of great amenities. He also provides great local information and he prepares a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend.

6 out of 5 stars! This was a fantastic bed-n-breakfast experience with a lovely host who worked to ensure we had the perfect stay. This trip was a lovely, quiet getaway for us and a much needed break to unplug and unwind. Perfect location and near many parks for walking and hiking. Incredibly responsive host who made sure our favorite breakfast items were on hand. Highly recommend and we will definitely book again in the future!

Doris and John are such wonderful hosts, really enjoyed my stay. Bed is very comfortable and breakfast was amazing!
