This space was just as it was pictured! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was simple and perfect for our quick trip. The surrounding area is cute and feels safe. There is a train that runs near the area, but Rocket offers ear plugs and eye masks, which is a very thoughtful gesture for those who may be light sleepers. You do not hear the train that often, either. We would definitely reccomend this place to stay. Thank you!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Errin's place. Easy to find, clear instructions for entry and we found everything as expected. It's ideally located for walking to the waterfront and local restaurants, lots of parking in the area too, although may be more tricky during the busier months. That said, if you enjoy walking, most things were easy to get to. Our dog was very happy too with easy access to outdoor spaces for lots of long walks. There is even a dog park along the bike path. The apartment was clean and spacious and plenty big enough for the 4 of us. A welcoming place to return to after exploring or to just sit back and relax. A quick drive to UVM too! We also enjoyed a short drive to and hike at Niquette Bay State Park, and ice cream at The Village Scoop after. In Burlington the American Flatbread pizza was delicious as was dinner at The Farmhouse. Easy to walk to, and lots of places with outdoor eating should your 4 legged member be with you. Would definitely stay again!

Exactly what we needed! We were in town for a basketball tourney and needed a place to stay while in and out for the weekend. Clean, as listed, felt like home! Roger was extremely responsive and very, very, friendly!! Would stay again!! :)

We loved it. Although it’s not the newest or fanciest condo the location can’t be better right at the Clocktower Base. Our family of for had an amazing time snowboarding and exploring the area. Great restaurants close by and we will definitely be back next year.

Emily and Michael's place was great. It was super clean, as described, and peacefully located in the mountains. It was a great location between different towns that we wanted to visit. They were super responsive with everything and had great recs!

Cozy one bedroom apartment two blocks away from Downtown Burlington. It had a nice fireplace that was easy to use, large king sized bed and nice kitchen amenities. The tvs both had access to Netflix and other streaming options. The included parking was very helpful as the street parking gets congested. Since it is close to downtown, it can be a bit noisy at night with college students walking to and from the bars. We had an issue with the microwave but Vanessa helped with the issue. We wished that there were more than two towels for us to use for our four night stay and tissues to use. Altogether it was a great stay for us with plenty to see downtown and in the surrounding areas.

The entrance to the apartment is framed by low shrubs and plants in decorative pots. A sturdy wooden porch with steps leads to a bright blue door. A small seating area is visible to the left, enhancing the inviting outdoor space.

Cheri offers to customize furniture in the space based on guest's needs, offers fresh bed sheets on regular basis, and has zero steps required for checkout. It's clear she prioritizes the overall experience for the guest and actually cares about being a good host.

Sam & Errin were SO lovely and excellent communicators! They were super proactive and shared lots of details about the space and local recommendations as well. The space was lovely and cozy - perfect for a weekend for ourselves + our dog. It was cold + rainy for most of our time in BTV this trip but when the weather cleared we also enjoyed a nice walk around the quiet neighborhoods behind the house (Saigon Kitchen just 3 blocks away was a good, quick, and affordable meal on our first night too!) Definitely would recommend this spot if you're looking to feel at home while still being super close to downtown and all that BTV has to offer!

We felt at home in this comfortable condo. It was as represented on the website. Joe and Penny were very helpful with information. They give immediate feedback to any questions we had. Our visit was in the winter, and we didn't have to worry about snow removal, it was all taken care of, and our car was parked in a carport for protection. The cinnamon rolls on arrival were a welcome treat. I would highly recommend this apartment for a long or short getaway. Gary and Beth Schuett

Absolutely perfect place for my four day stay in Burlington. Listing is accurate, bed was comfortable, didn’t use the kitchen beyond the coffee maker but it looked well equipped; host is extremely responsive to any questions/requests- I would not hesitate to stay again when I go back to Vermont.

Maria was able to accommodate our last minute booking which we greatly appreciated. Great location. We honestly weren’t there too often during the stay but never noticed noise issues with the restaurants nearby. Think was fair value, thanks so much Maria. Fantastic little place close to Middlebury college. Julia’s cottage was cute and cozy. My boyfriend and I only needed one night because of our travel plans but we would have loved a longer stay. Next time! Julia was a great host with thoughtful touches like snacks and fruit and toiletries waiting for us. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Had a great weekend stay here while attending open house at SUNY Plattsburgh. 3 bedrooms were great and provided enough room for 2 teenage boys to have their own spaces. Host provided suggestions for places to eat and visit. Was able to get in walk around neighborhood and see lake view, despite rain most of our stay. Short drive to downtown; grocery stores and other amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

We were expecting 8 in our party but ended up with 6. We could have had 10 easily in this spacious home. Our group of skiers raced together in high school and four of us raced in college. This is our seventh year for “ski week” at different locations around the US. Best lodging quarters by far. Advertising this location having ski in/ski out is a stretch. It exists but it was easier to just drive one mile down to the parking lot making it impossible to have our lunch via ski in/ski out.

A wonderful place situated close to the mountain. The amenities were fantastic as well. The only issue was getting the right pin to access the apartment...however Scott responded within seconds so it was minimally disruptive.
