We had a great stay! Walkable to the beach and many restaurants. Super clean and tidy home!

Amazing hosts! Andres and Emily are extremely responsive and give great instructions. Kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast on the patio desires.

Everything was absolutely perfect and host gave great directions on checking in and out. Location is dead center downtown and everything is in walking distance that you would wanna check out. We will be back!

Dorian was an amazing host and super accommodating. She was responsive (even during her child’s Wed) and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this location if you want to be in the center of everything!

Had a great stay at this property! It was actually way bigger than the pictures make it seem. It easily slept 4 with the roll out bed provided. Space was centrally located to downtown so everything was within walking distance. The included parking space was game changer! Would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay here, it had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Coby was very easy to communicate with and was always prompt in replying. The place was very easy to find, there was plenty of parking and it was in a great location! We never used the car once we arrived as we were able to walk everywhere. The place was super clean, super quiet and very secure. I especially liked the shower, it was amazing! I’d love to return to Wilmington and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Michael’s home! The house is exactly as described, nicely appointed, and very clean. We appreciated the welcome snacks and nice touches such as makeup wipes and qtips in the bathroom. Michael is very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

Excellent apartment! Great location, easy walk to all of downtown Wilmington. Very clean and just as described with lots of nice touches. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Christina’s beautiful home! I wanted a quick weekend getaway and this was the perfect retreat. It was so amazing that I asked to stay one more day than originally planned! You won’t be disappointed with the location or the beauty of the home so comfortable felt right at home immediately. Beach supplies in the garage, which is also such a convenience and plus! I will be booking again :)

Super clean, lovely house with ample space for socializing. We were able to walk to the Cargo District and Riverfront relatively easily and enjoyed coming back to the house to relax each day.

This house is beautiful! The layout is great, the back yard is a huge bonus, it is close to every thing, and it is in a cute neighborhood. The bedrooms are large, the water pressure (chef's kiss) was amazing, and the beds were comfortable. it also has a great kitchen and living room that is all open concept. We evacuated here after Helene and booked quickly late at night. Justin was quick to respond and immediately offered to help us out. He not only helped us, but also brought resources to our area that was completely devastated by the storm. He checked in on us and made sure we were taken care of. Justin is not only an exceptional host, but he is an exceptional human being. I cannot thank him enough. Stay at this house and rent from Justin, it is worth every penny!

A Great find and definitely a great stay at Andrew’s place for sure. Amazing host who is very responsive and help with any concerns me and friends might have had. Even gave local recommendations downtown as well. The house was very clean and very well put, exactly how the photos described and felt right at home truly! Only about 20-25 from Wrightsville as well. I will definitely be open to coming back to stay here in the future :)

Such a beautiful location a few hundred feet from the beach. The condo itself was incredibly clean and comfortable. Shower and bathrooms are great, bed is cozy (and you can hear the ocean from the bedroom if you open the screen door to the balcony). There is a lovely pool too. If we’re ever back in Carolina Beach, we’d reserve this place again in a heartbeat!

Andrew’s place was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony. We had an amazing time, and our dog loved it too!

Well, the “storm with no name” took over our weather but we still had a great time considering! The place is exactly as described. It’s extra nice being on an end unit btw 😁. We enjoyed the pool the most!

Overall the place was very nice. We liked that it was just a short walk to the beach access and Publix was like 7 minutes away by car. The kids loved the pullout bed. The space was cozy, clean and had plenty of amenities.

The hosts were really nice, helpful, & responsive. The location was as advertised & we were able to walk to a restaurant/bar & go to the beach as often as the weather permitted. The home was pretty but I’m a little sad they didn’t have the outdoor fairy lights on the porch like in the picture. Overall 9.8/10, we will be coming back soon!

It was a great stay! The place was super nice, and had everything we needed. All the appliances were also super nice and updated.
