Vacation rentals with beach access in Riverfront, Wilmington

Amazing hosts! Andres and Emily are extremely responsive and give great instructions. Kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast on the patio desires.

We absolutely loved this place! We hadn’t been to Carolina Beach in a while and it was a fun experience! We loved that the location was within walking distance to the beach (especially since we kept going back from me forgetting things). This place was located in a more secluded area with what seemed like other residents. To one side you saw the marina and to the other the ocean. We even got multiple views of dolphins which was amazing! The place was super clean and suited everything that we needed! When a small issue arises Jody was very responsive and helpful to find solutions fast! Highly recommend!!!

This was a great stay for us. A small, cozy 2 bedroom with one bath - private entrance and less than a block from the beach! Entrance was private. Walt was responsive and easy to work with. Loved our stay!

Audrey gave perfect instructions regarding how to find the unit, and getting in was extremely easy. We loved the peace and quiet around us and the walkability to several great restaurants. It was the perfect getaway for the two of us for a couple of days. The space had everything that we needed and was very comfortable and very clean.

Sam’s place was great! Right near everything but felt very secluded. We loved sitting out in the porch with all the beautiful flowers. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Ric and Chelsea’s place for a week and everything was great! House was wonderful and exactly what our family needed. Lots of things to do at the house and in a very walkable location. Ric was very communicative. All around great stay.

Our stay at the Sunburnt Seagull was just what we needed. My wife and I were looking for a place that we could bring our dog and relax for an extended weekend. This fit all of our check boxes. The home was in a great location, it was a few hundred feet to the beach access point. The home was clean and accommodating for us and our dog and the home felt very cozy. The back yard felt like our secluded private sanctuary for the weekend. The yard was large enough for our dog to play and explore in and there were no worries of her escaping the fenced in area. There was plenty of areas to lounge in that have sun and shade. We took advantage of the weather and walked to the boardwalk area of Carolina Beach daily, so it is not too far to access by foot. This place became our favorite rental at the beach and look forward to booking again soon.

Had a great week long stay during Spring Break. Plenty of room for our 3 kids and our dog. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The beach was just a short walk. Downtown was not a bad walk either for restaurants or some last minute needs from Roberts Grocery. Walked the Loop every morning to get the day started. The best part was the uncovered front porch. On the windy days, our daughter could tan right on the porch instead of getting sandblasted on the beach!! Daniel made sure we were well taken care of!! Will stay again!

I can’t say enough good things about Christina’s beautiful home! I wanted a quick weekend getaway and this was the perfect retreat. It was so amazing that I asked to stay one more day than originally planned! You won’t be disappointed with the location or the beauty of the home so comfortable felt right at home immediately. Beach supplies in the garage, which is also such a convenience and plus! I will be booking again :)

This cottage was the perfect spot for a long weekend over Easter. We only had 4 people and 2 dogs, so plenty of space for our crew. The location is awesome. It’s only steps from the beach making it easy to go back and forth as needed without any hassle. The added bonus was all beach chairs and towels were included helping to greatly lighten the packing load. The house was super clean, greatly stocked, and organized. This was a big plus! Lindsey and Billy were super with communication, friendly during our stay, and allowed some flexibility with check in/out. With a child at UNCW, I feel certain we’ll be back. Thanks for everything!

This space could not have been cozier or cooler! We loved all of the vintage accents and personal touches that Bryan and Mari preserved in this property and you can tell that this space has been a happy place for so many that have stayed over the years. The location could not have been better for a quiet beach stay and provided a lot of comfort for us during our visit. Their responsiveness was unmatched as well.

The feedback questions were spot on. This was a great place to stay. I however and a fitness guru but get ready for them stairs. They sure will help your cardio! But fantastic place and price was good. Matthew was very helpful if needed.

Such a beautiful location a few hundred feet from the beach. The condo itself was incredibly clean and comfortable. Shower and bathrooms are great, bed is cozy (and you can hear the ocean from the bedroom if you open the screen door to the balcony). There is a lovely pool too. If we’re ever back in Carolina Beach, we’d reserve this place again in a heartbeat!

We were so excited to find Suzanne’s place last minute. The place was beautiful. It was extremely well taken care of. The balcony was an extra room! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable outdoor furniture. I loved all the plants-indoor and outdoor. It felt so warm and inviting. The whole condo looked exactly like the photos. This place was top tier in all aspects. I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed our stay so much. When we are in this area we would love to stay here again.

Well, the “storm with no name” took over our weather but we still had a great time considering! The place is exactly as described. It’s extra nice being on an end unit btw 😁. We enjoyed the pool the most!

This location has direct access to the pools and the beach - amazing! It is also right next to lobby and the restaurant. Very easy to get inside. This part of Wrightsville Beach is secluded - which we loved. The unit was very well appointed- perfect size for 2-3 people. They have beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. Would stay again.

The CONDO was as described and beautiful in every way. The host Payton was very helpful and had great communication hope to visit again soon!

My husband and I just wanted to get away and relax, and it was also his birthday. We were blown away by the view, the sunrises were amazing! It was perfect for just the two of us! We walked to the boardwalk which was 1.7 miles, had lunch and walked down the beach back, but if you just want to hang out on the beach it’s a simple walk and you are there. The best part is the sound of the waves. There is nothing better than going to sleep to the sound of the waves. We spent our last night on the patio playing Yahtzee, (which was there in addition to other games) while we listened to the waves. We had so much fun playing, I hope we didn’t wake the neighbors! It was a very peaceful, relaxing trip.
