Riverfront, Wilmington vacation rentals

We were so excited to find Suzanne’s place last minute. The place was beautiful. It was extremely well taken care of. The balcony was an extra room! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable outdoor furniture. I loved all the plants-indoor and outdoor. It felt so warm and inviting. The whole condo looked exactly like the photos. This place was top tier in all aspects. I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed our stay so much. When we are in this area we would love to stay here again.

Had a great week long stay during Spring Break. Plenty of room for our 3 kids and our dog. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The beach was just a short walk. Downtown was not a bad walk either for restaurants or some last minute needs from Roberts Grocery. Walked the Loop every morning to get the day started. The best part was the uncovered front porch. On the windy days, our daughter could tan right on the porch instead of getting sandblasted on the beach!! Daniel made sure we were well taken care of!! Will stay again!

This home was perfect for the large group of friends that we had on this trip! Perfect location with easy access to the beach. The 3rd floor deck provides amazing views of the ocean. The house has plenty of space for people to spread out and enjoy the company. Would gladly book again!

This location has direct access to the pools and the beach - amazing! It is also right next to lobby and the restaurant. Very easy to get inside. This part of Wrightsville Beach is secluded - which we loved. The unit was very well appointed- perfect size for 2-3 people. They have beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. Would stay again.

The CONDO was as described and beautiful in every way. The host Payton was very helpful and had great communication hope to visit again soon!

Gwen's condo was a perfect ocean beach getaway. The viees were AMAZING! The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We can't wait to come back when time allows.

Location was great. Balcony and beach views were fabulous. End unit meant bonus views and lots of natural light. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Plenty of nice towels and pillows. Kitchen well stocked. Surface cleaning was good however the area around the cabinet pulls were grimy and the carpet is past due on cleaning. Updating counters, and plumbing fixtures is way overdue, not just for esthetics. Some parts are beyond being properly cleaned. With some finish updating, this unit would be 5 stars in every way.

This was a lovely property and an excellent stay, highly recommend!! First off, the location is prime - it's very convenient to the beaches (about 15 min to Carolina Beach, and 20 to Wrightsville) and a reasonable drive to other Wilmington classics like the Riverwalk, the Cargo district, and shopping centers. There are several grocery options close by (Lowe's Foods, Publix) if you need to stock up for your stay. Michelle's directions for finding the property were spot on and simple to follow. The property itself is quiet and peaceful, right on the intracoastal with unbeatable views from the living room and larger bedroom, not to mention the back deck and yard. The house was well stocked and spotless, and very comfortable! I hope to stay for a longer stretch in the future.

We were impressed how comfortable her place was for us. We were moving from New Jersey to Leland and had a gap between closings and needed a comfortable place for an 8 night stay and it was absolutely perfect. Its a beautiful comfortable home and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Extremely happy with our choice of accomodations. Highly recommend. Beautiful neighborhood and pool area too. Just lovely.

Beautiful and clean home, great that it was dog friendly, as our dog sitter fell through. That view of the river….amazing! Would definitely stay again if in the area.

I had an amazing experience at this Air Bnb and with Rachel! To start off the AirBnb is in an amazing location right in between Carolina beach and Wilmington so perfect spot! Air Bnb was very clean, very roomy, very relaxing and cozy as well! Has the fire pit in the backyard and a separated area for the dogs to run around! Was a perfect place for me! I can’t begin to explain how amazing Rachel has been! She explains everything from the beginning so that way there are no surprises during check out. She also recommended some amazing places to try! Probably the most communicative host I have had! I would completely disregard the awful review that was given before me. Clearly some people do not know how to follow rules and then like to blame others because they can not take responsibility for their own actions. Please please stay at this Air bnb in your next trip to Wilmington you will not regret it! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you again Rachel will definitely be staying again on my next trip to Wilmingt

It was a wonderful place to stay when visiting Wilmington and the host was so kind and thoughtful! You can tell she cares about how your stay is and there were so many thoughtful details! My family is already asking when we can visit again.

Great home. She has everything you will ever need in the house. Just wish we could utilize the backyard for the dogs. But outside of that the home was great.

This place was perfect and so cute! We had everything we needed and the kids loved the hot tub! Kristy was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Great communication, great place for an Airbnb, and very accommodating !!

It was a great stay, very easy to get in, very clean and spacious, close to different groceries and pharmacies as well as other , stores and restaurants. If you need more action, just drive 15-20min to downtown Wilmington great shopping, restaurants and bars as well as a beautiful river boardwalk. Only 15 to 20 minute drive to Kure and Carolina beaches as well as to the beautiful town of Wrightsville Beach. House had a great size fenced in yard for our dog so more than happy with that. My only negative was that there wasn’t much room in the closet for our clothing, other than that the rest of the house was wonderful, the house has everything you need. We would definitely stay there again.

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

Excellent accommodations! The house was located within 10-15 minutes of every place we needed to go. The beds were all comfortable and the linens and towels were great quality. Walking in the neighborhood felt safe with great sidewalks. This house was amazing for our trip.

This house was perfect for our whole family. We enjoyed being able to hang out while our youngest daughter and husband competed in Ironman (she won overall female). We couldn't get the one working hot tub to work, which was the only problem we had all weekend. The kitchen is well stocked and the house beautifully decorated.
