The spot was very clean and comfortable. The downtown area is not far away. I would recommend this place for a quieter group of people not looking to be up too late.

Winnie’s Farmhouse was our best Airbnb stay yet!! Checks all the boxes and more. Michelle and Ray are terrific hosts who strike just the right balance of accessibility and privacy, with hospitality and charm. They clearly love the farmhouse and genuinely want you to enjoy it too. From a charming Welcome Basket, to periodic checkins to make sure all is well and working, to thoughtful touches thru the house. Winnie’s has comfy beds and linens, a terrific kitchen, a huge TV for movie night, plenty of storage space for clothes, bikes and kayaks, and strong WiFi for remote work. Great attention to detail on amenities needed to feel like home, and well insulated to minimize any sounds from cars on the local road that passes the property. Location is wonderfully remote and private set within a beautiful and expansive hayfield in a small town, yet close to highways for easy access to Boston and exploring New England towns, beaches, and skiing. Highly recommend! We’ll be back for sure!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Linden Cottage was so cozy and beautifully decorated. Liz even left out some snacks and toys for our furry babies, which was incredibly thoughtful. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Anita, our fantastic host, made our stay an absolute delight! We were completely new to the area and had some concerns about navigating the surroundings. Anita was incredibly helpful and provided us with ample advice and resources to ease our worries. Her prompt responses to our questions were also a huge plus. Meeting Anita when we checked in was a great experience; she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One night, we were unfortunately woken up by a persistent and annoying alarm that kept going off for hours, which was a real letdown. We kindly requested that Anita turn it off, but she went above and beyond by offering us a partial refund. The accommodation matched the pictures perfectly, providing everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. Overall, the place was quite clean and cozy.
