Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lanesborough

Michelle was incredibly gracious and responsive when we called late after our check in with a question about the heater. The place is gorgeous and you can tell that she pays attention to every detail and is doing all she can to make it a pleasant stay. The decor is perfect, the amenities are perfect. We had plenty of room to cook and host a dinner with four adults and two kids. We lit a fire, played games and relaxed. The bedding is so comfortable and we all slept so well.

Our hosts were very easy to work with. I felt they cared about our visit and wanted to accommodate us in any way that would make her stay even more pleasurable. The house offered every convenience, including kitchen items for make-at-home meals. Thanks so much, Brandon and Brian!

My daughter and I spent a lovely weekend at Chelsey and Dominic’s house. It was the perfect place for reading, laughing and lots of conversation. Easy to get almost anywhere in Hudson Valley. We enjoyed walks around the property and seeing quite a lot of wildlife. The setting is truly magical.

The house was decorated so nicely. It felt like we were on vacation even though we were staying just for the night. Everything was super clean especially the two bathrooms. The host had a lot of amenities like snacks a bottle of wine, coffee tea it was great. We would stay there again

Katrina was an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and hospitable throughout our stay. When we requested an iron and steamer, she promptly provided them, which was so thoughtful. On top of that, she proactively put ice on the property’s steps during a snowy Saturday to prevent any accidents—such a considerate touch! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Katrina’s attention to detail and care for her guests really stood out. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay in Vermont! Very spacious home with an amazing dining room and theater room in the basement ! Location was perfect for a visit to mt snow, just a few minutes away, and theater room home was cozy, 2 fireplaces , and wonderful! Recommend!!

The home was very clean and as described with everything we needed for our visit. Chris was very clear with his check-in instructions and quickly responsive to questions as we got settled. I would stay here again.

The home EXCEEDED our expectations. The attention to detail was immaculate and the owners were extremely responsive. We had inquired about a couple of items (where to rent skis, if there were towels for the hot tub, late check out, etc) and the response time was greatly appreciated! We truly felt at home and loved every detail. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. Even the little welcome basket that was left for us was so thoughtful and made our stay that much better! I can honestly say this is one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in and I truly hope to come back in the future! (And hopefully venture out to another one of their properties). My daughter and I were seeking a basecamp to explore nearby colleges but also had one day where we needed to connect to our computers for work. We slept well, had peaceful morning walks in the neighborhood, took advantage of the sunshine on the lovely deck, and enjoyed making meals in the kitchen that had more than all the essentials.

My daughter and I had plenty of space to spread out. John’s place is very comfortable, clean, and charming. Thoughtful touches like extra hooks, suitcase stand, and bench at the entry to take off our wet shoes after a rainy Spring day in Hudson. Easy walk to great coffee shop and restaurants. Would definitely return!

What a charming and peaceful home. It has everything you might need for comfort, cooking and relaxation including a well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and beautiful setting. It’s close to everything but feels private. I would book again if I were in the area.

My fiancé, son and I stayed here while we were looking at colleges. We absolutely fell in love with the place. The AirBnB is beautiful. The artwork and decor is modern and funky. It's got a wonderful, welcoming vibe. We loved using the record player and the album collection. It rained all weekend so it was fun to play video games and ping pong. When the rain let up we walked to the rail trail. We also walked to the corner market and other stores on Main St. Ginny is proactive, responsive and friendly. I highly recommend booking a stay here. We plan on returning soon!

We had a great time in this beautiful home! The house was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing couple of days with our son. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal prep a pleasure, I especially enjoyed the time we spent having great conversations in the lovely breakfast room. Despite the freezing temperatures outside, the house stayed wonderfully warm and cozy throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming home away from home! Thank you Ann!!!

Great place to stay. There are no Ubers the week we stayed there and we should have rented a car. But the place was great.

We stayed at Julia's vacation rental for a 3-day weekend with our four children under the age of 12. The things that were great: 1) the unit is 150 foot walk in ski boots from a ski trail that will take you to the Mount Snow lift, which was great because we didn't have to shlep 4 kids ski gear, 2) the four kids loved the bunk bed room and were comfortable, 3) there are two large shelves of board games the kids enjoyed, 4) the access to the Sports Center which has a heated indoor pool and hot tubs were a great way to end the day after skiing, 5) the outdoor locker was a great place to dump all the ski gear (much better storage location than inside the car or inside the unit) and 6) very nice fluffy towels and bed sheeting was comfortable. A combined liquid shampoo and body soap is provided in each bathroom, which is the same that we use to bath our kids at home.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Rafael's condo. The space was very clean and comfy, and exactly matched the description and photos posted here. The fireplace was a great draw, too. If you're planning on skiing at Mt. Snow, the Moover shuttle bus stop is located right outside of this building, which made for a very convenient and quick way to get to Mt. Snow for my family of 4. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

The unit is very comfortable for a family and very convenient to Mount Snow. Updated bathrooms and washer/dryer. Great clubhouse and pool facilities at Seasons condo. Andrew was a pleasure to work with.

Caitlyn An excellent host quick to respond despite moving with her babies the same day as my trip! She was accommodating and provided a clear quick easy in from my late night travel. Her space is large and spacious with great set up lighting and comfortable and clean bedding. Loved the couch bedding set up! The entrance allowed ease to store the ski stuff so roomy keeping the living space free of the typical ski vacay clutter! The bathroom shower temp and pressure with soft towel and wash cloths provided with soap, and shampoo and conditioner gave a nice end of the day relax. Plenty of blankets for layering that may be needed. Kitchen appointed well with a good stove and oven easy to use and to easy prepare with pans and utensils for cooking, plenty of silver ware and plates glasses and plates that i truly appreciated. Couldn't use the ski in/ ski out as that lift was this late int eh season but how easy was it to scoot down in 2 min! Will be my stratton stay always onward!

Great place to stay conveniently located by the mountain base! We enjoyed walking into the village after skiing. Very clean and cozy and had everything we needed and more. Dana was very responsive! Hope to come again next year!!

You really can’t beat this location. It’s across the steet from the lifts and the village with lots of restaurants/bars/stores. The space was perfect for our family of four. Our two young children stayed on the pullout and we thought the king bed was quite comfy. We would def stay here again!
