Courtney’s A frame cabin was exactly what we’d been looking for. My girlfriend and I both work high stress jobs for our first anniversary wanted to unplug, relax, and just be together in a beautiful cabin. The Sauna was easy to use and ran incredibly well, the hot tub was clean and already warm for us when we arrived, the fireplace brought me back to my childhood (wood heat only home) and kept us cozy, and the decor maintained the charm of a 70’s cabin while still being clean, well kept, and modern (mid-cent). Courtney runs a beautiful cabin here, if you’re looking to escape to the lush forests of Vermont and enjoy some rustic charm, absolutely check this place out. Cheers!

Will and Sarah have crafted a beautiful cabin in a very peaceful area! The craftsmanship throughout the cabin is evident. The hot tub and fireplace made it extra cozy during the light snowfall and the bed was very comfortable. The cabin is only about 20 minutes from many ski locations and Manchester Center despite it seeming very isolated which was awesome. The bed was very comfortable and the full kitchen was very helpful as well. I had the chance to briefly speak with Will on my way up to the cabin and he was very friendly and I felt safe in the location having been by myself as they were right up the road if anything happened! Thank you very much for letting me experience the home you created and I highly recommend for anyone looking to stay!

We appreciated how pet friendly this place was! Fenced in yard. Blankets to cover the furniture to allow dogs on them. Close enough to many different ski mountains. Perfect to come home to the wood stove and hot tub.

Such a quaint beautiful home! We absolutely loved the decor, the layout, hot tub, there was little special touches everywhere. It was easy to find and close enough to everything. Highly recommend to other guests and would love to come back and stay longer next time!

Was absolutely wonderful stay. We usually don't spend much time at our airbnbs but we got to fully enjoy this one. Relaxed the whole weekend was just what we needed. We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! Comfortable, had everything we needed. The sauna was an incredible experience - great to use after hours of hiking! Hot tub worked well and was good temp. Area was quiet and peaceful with very little traffic. Would absolutely visit again!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for an extended weekend as a little getaway for our anniversary - it had absolutely everything we needed. The best part was the privacy - there are neighbors around but theres plenty of trees and forest separating everyone and giving you your own space. The house itself was small & cozy, perfect for two people. Very comfy bed & a great kitchen. Definitely don’t forget bug spray here if you’re coming in the spring/summer months! Other than that it’s a perfect & peaceful getaway from all the usual noise of everyday life.

The cabin lived up to its name. The kitchen and patio were the highlights for us. Being just 15 minutes from Killington, the location was incredibly convenient. There were plenty of beds and sleeping accommodations for guests.

This cabin is outstanding. Packs an absolute ton into a smallish space and great for the price. The entire area is super cool and the hot tub, fire pit, and lap pool (all of which we used) are just perfect for this type of stay. We were there for end of season skiing, but this is easily a place you could use at any time of the year. It's a stone's throw from Sugarbush, so the location is excellent. Colin and Jordan are congenial and terrific hosts. There are also little details that really stand out, such as the shoe/boot cleaner outside the door and the clothing rack in the bedroom. My son and the kids of our friends who were there had to be dragged out of the lap pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub and a made use of the fire pit with a guitar jam. Highly, highly recommend!

The cabin was lovely! We went for a little weekend getaway with some friends and it is a great space for such an occasion. There is a surprising amount of space in and around the house and we didn't even use the three season porch. The hosts were also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Definitely a cute little home away from home!

Jacob was very responsive with great recommendations in the area. The cabin was quant, quiet, and private. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was a beautiful cabin filled with things to entertain the kids and plenty of space. We really wished we could’ve utilized the outdoor screened porch but it was not in season unfortunately. Also would have loved to use the community amenity’s in the warmer weather but the small nearby sledding hill worked just as well. Instructions and recommendations were clear, helpful and given ahead of time so we could plan. Hoping to use them again in the future!

Great place to stay had a fun time! Recommend it if you have. A small group and want to check out the area !

Mike's place was perfect for a large group looking to ski or snowboard. Mike was extremely responsive. The house was huge and filled with games to keep everyone entertained. We would definitely recommend this space.

This place is absolutely adorable! We had a great weekend, kitchen cookware and plate ware was well stocked, so we were to cook all weekend easily! Very cozy cabin!

We had an awesome getaway at Kevin and Lesley’s cabin! This was our last little getaway before we get married this fall and it was the perfect unplugged retreat to feel connected going into the stressful time before the wedding. The cabin is cozy, the bathroom is adequate and sort of surprisingly not as buggy as it could have been, and the porch was my favorite spot to feel connected to nature. Kevin was very communicative and the instructions in the cabin were very clear. Luce’s lookout was amazing at the top and a really great recommendation by our hosts. We would definitely go back!

We *LOVED* our time in the Cabin in the Woods. Sondra and Daniel were very responsive in responding to questions about the property. The layout of the cabin was sensible and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. We would love to go back! The cabin location is perfect and is sweet and romantic. My wife, two year old, two dogs, and myself stayed at this beautiful property for our anniversary. It was an easy choice for us as they were able to accommodate our two pups which was important to us. Something that also appealed to us was the playground, which was a few feet away from our cabin. This all made it so easy for us with a toddler and two dogs to vacation with ease. Our host were incredibly friendly and very open to helping us if we were to have any issues or concerns, which we did not because the stay was perfect. I would highly recommend to families or people with pets. Our toddler was very found of the lively and very sweet donkey. Thank you so much for hosting us. :)

Beautiful, peaceful location with a stunning view looking east towards Vermont at the mountains. Everything is as advertised with the pictures. It is a rustic A-frame cottage with a wonderful wood-burning stove. The whole place was beautifully accented with candles and sophisticated country charm. We loved the record player and all the Christmas albums. Lizzie is a super host who is very responsive and accommodating. This is a great "get-away" location and is highly recommended. We visited three years ago and were back again. The improvements and new appointments were impressive and added to the charm. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Without a doubt one of the best cabins that we have stayed in. Well stocked, fully remote feeling and plenty of soothing wild life. The interior is incredibly cosy and there are enough games to pass the time on a rainy day. Bonus: Emily and Patty are wonderful hosts and have a very friendly golden retriever that comes to say hello.

One of my favorite AirBnB stays ever! If you're looking for a cool, comfortable, memorable experience, this is it. The photos don't do it justice. This beautiful home was spotless, had so many amazing handmade artful features, and comfortably hosted our group of 5. Communication with Rik was excellent throughout, and he gave us excellent local recommendations. There are so many great surprises and personal touches in the home, so much space to explore - all in the comfort of modern, cozy amenities. Julian’s home felt like just like your own. Comfortable, clean, with all the amenities. We loved being able to have a fire in the fireplace to warm up after a cold day skiing. Kitchen had everything we needed, great laundry set up, the kids loved the shower and bunk beds. We’d love to stay again!
