Monthly Rentals in Hart's Location

Whitney’s place was the perfect place for our family of 3 for MLK weekend. This place is so spacious and well laid out. The decor is spot on— it’s incredibly homey and whimsical. Our son loved the animal themed bedrooms. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, complete with tons of pots and pans, coffee and a full cabinet of spices to cook with. One of the best parts about this place is the location. Being on the opposite side of Conway makes getting to Attitash to ski extremely easy. The pond is also really beautiful and the area is very quiet. Whitney was extremely communicative and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We are looking forward to our next visit soon!

This may not be the most picturesque airbnb you've laid eyes on, but it was HANDS DOWN the best accommodation I have EVER stayed in with my toddlers (we have been on 10 trips in the last 3 years!) Dan's place was cozy and the right amount of space for my family of four, but the thing that made it really stand out is that they had everything you could need for young kids. Not only the standard pack and play and highchair, but also a sound machine, stroller, and best of all- a box of toys that my two (4 and 1.5) played with CONSTANTLY every spare moment we were in the airbnb. We stayed a week and they didn't get bored of them, which, if you've ever had two energetic kids running circles around the living room, you know REALLY says something. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need as well, which was so helpful. This place is priced fantastically for families and I would whole heartedly recommend it.

We loved staying at the Bear Cabin! We have a place of our own in Bartlett, but it was rented and we saw Dan’s house. It worked out perfectly, and was such a great find! The house is brand new and the surroundings are beautiful. We enjoyed having our morning coffee with the sunrise shining through the tall wall of windows in the living room. We spent the day at Attitash, and the house was perfect to come back to after the ski day was done. Would highly recommend the Bear Cabin!

With this being a new Airbnb listing there were not a ton of reviews about the place. But I have stayed in a different room at this same location before and thought I would give it a shot. I am so happy that I went with Arthur’s place! I looked at a lot of different places in the area and Arthur’s was reasonably priced and looked very cozy. My friend and I had an amazing stay and would highly recommended Arthur’s place!
