Jennifer's Home is wonderful. This is the second time we stayed there. The place was immaculate, the kitchen is excellent with everything you would need. Loved some of the suttle touches made to the place since last time. Jennifer has a special place and we will be back!

Beautiful location! Loved having access to a quiet lake. Perfect spot to relax with our two kids. Great games and coloring options inside. We enjoyed having a movie night with one of the many dvds available too! The cottage is cosy and cute and we had just the right space for our family! Thank you!

The cozy cottage was a great base for our trip to the White Mountains. Only 30 minutes from the Woodstock and Lincoln area via a beautiful drive. Mornings sipping coffee on the deck while taking in nature—perfection! Even with the weather being colder and foggy. A bald eagle flew right by the deck our first morning and it was stunning. It is a more rustic place, designed to unplug from technology, so just be prepared; it was exactly what we needed though. We loved our visit and would stay again!

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

We loved our long weekend on the lake! The house was cozy and quiet, the canoe at our dock was well-kept, and while we didn't use the fire pit it was nice to have the option. We're already talking about coming back!

We had a great time! Tim's place was great. It was cute, with everything we needed, and had an amazing view. We were also pretty close from a few hikes. Tim was very good at communicating and we had no issues whatsoever. Would recommend!

This is a lovely place for a get-away time. It's very comfortably furnished, spotless, and in a beautiful area. The kitchen is one of the most adequately equipped of any Airbnb place we have stayed in. The hosts are super responsive and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a mother daughter weekend end of March. Great location for each of us coming from different states in New England. The home was very clean, each of us commented on how comfortable the beds were, also loved the good quality linens. The huge dining table was unique for a rental and was awesome for sharing meals and doing arts & crafts. Lots of space and seating in the living room as well. Highly recommend staying here!

We had such a wonderful time at Ryan’s!! The house was so quaint and peaceful. The yard was great for our family. House was super clean and had everything we needed. Local food recommendations were on point. Yamas is a MUST for dinner. Go with a hearty appetite because servings are BIG:)Tthanks for a memorable weekend.

This log cabin is everything we had hoped for and then some! The views are breathtaking, the decor is phenomenal and the ambiance is simply perfect! Clare was a wonderful host with easy communication & accommodated us to the fullest. She really shows she cares that her guests are comfortable & informed. The location of the cabin is in the perfect spot as your close to everything but far enough to be away from the busy part of town. I can't express enough how much we all enjoyed our time here! We will all miss this log cabin but look forward to our return one day as we hope to be back soon! Thank you Clare for your wonderful hospitality!

Loved this house. Beautiful views and neighborhood. Lovely to walk the surrounding area. Rare and important, all the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked and set up for cooking. Be aware that the kitchen is set up with seating at the center island for 4 in a row, but there is no dining table. So if you are more than 4, someone stands or sits separately in the living area for meals. Beyond that, we found everything as described and look forward to returning!

Pete’s place was perfect for my family. Close to everything. Very spacious and spotless. There was everything you could possibly need including spices and coffee. We really enjoyed staying and want to stay again on our next trip to North Conway.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Host was incredible — when we couldn’t find some of the cooking appliances we needed, they got them delivered so we could use them :) Also generally very responsive and helpful! The house itself is really nice and cozy and the area has lots of things to do as well (especially if you like nature). Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect! Peaceful and beautiful surroundings! Roomy and clean and had everything you could need. Loved the windows and the views from the windows! Harry and Bonnie were just the right around of friendly; they were nice and interacted with us but not at all intrusive! WiFi worked great but I really enjoyed not having a tv, we sat around in the evening having a glass of wine and playing games. Our daughter recently moved to the area so we would definitely love to stay at the cottage again!

I found this beautiful home right on the lake and it was nice from the pictures but better when you got there. All amenities are there for you so minimum items are needed. Megan was super responsive and helpful with all questions. She even provided a booklet at the house with a great selection of restaurants. Our week was amazing and my son and I had a great father /son bonding time. Can’t wait to go back! Thanks Megan.

This was the perfect stay for a group of friends for a few nights in the early summer. Weather permitting, the lake and dock were great to hangout on, and on colder days the fire pits provided a cozy atmosphere. There are tons of amenities which made cooking large meals easy and provided activities for all to enjoy. The hot tub was a wonderful surprise as well. Squam lake itself is very clear and great for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. On the few occasions we left the lake, the country store down the road had everything we needed too. Don was very communicative with us and was a great host. I’d definitely recommend staying here for a family or small group of friends. I’d love to come back!

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. We were two couples and enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It is well organized and located in a beautiful setup on the lake. A relatively short 30 minutes drive allowed us easy access to the white Mountains attractions. Vanessa was proactive on closing the open space above the bedroom doors just before we came - so this issue as reported in some other reviews has gone away… in short - highly recommended!

Fantastic spot. We stayed in the fall. It was quiet on the lake. We enjoyed SUPing and Kayaking. Was happy to find “one earth” natural grocer up the road a bit. We enjoyed a fire in the wood stove every night. The Loons were a special treat too. It is steep and lots of stairs to the water but worth the climb. :) Lea was so accommodating and responded immediately to every inquiry. Hoping to book again next fall!

I booked the home for our yearly family trip to New Hampshire. The home was very easy to find and in such a peaceful location. The home is very spacious. We spent a lot of our time on the balcony overlooking the lake and in the hot tub. The host was very friendly, kind, and professional. I would definitely come back to this home and recommend to others.
