Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Gorham

We splurged as a family of 4 w/ our chihuahua. This is the absolute perfect home for 2 or even 3 families. Derek was responsive from day 1 of booking until check-out. The home is gorgeous. It's just as the pictures show, if not better. The basement has a bedroom with 2 Q beds, and the cinema can easily sleep a few more. This was a man cave for our sons! Upstairs, the master bedroom w/bath was perfect. There are 2 bunk beds right next to the master & another bdrm across the house. It's quiet, peaceful, and serene. We walked the trails behind the home (bring boots or hiking shoes if it's been raining). When you pull into the drive, on your right is a rolling river. The hot tub was a huge plus and was relaxing. We loved the fire pit (bring a lighter or matches) and playing pool, air hockey, & shuffleboard. My son brought his xbox & hooked it up to the 85" TV in the cinema. We watched movies via our Netflix account. We hope to go back in the future!

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

Had a great stay! Karen and Michael were great hosts and very responsive. The backyard was perfect for our daughter playing and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit!

My stay was very comfortable. The property was well kept and updated. The beds and furniture were were in perfect condition. Both the house and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would visit again!

We’ve stayed a lot of places in the area and we will be booking this one again! Very clean, spacious, convenient. We did wish there was a full size pool table! But everything was really nice and we can’t wait to book again for our next ATV adventures!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s! She was so kind to provide a pack & play for our baby and send over a long list of family friendly restaurant recommendations. We used many of her suggestions. Very comfortable stay in a beautiful sunny home!

Rob and Nate’s place is excellent. We had a great stay. Rob and Nate are very communicative and provide clear instructions - we also appreciated the recommendations in their house manual. The apartment itself is very nice and looks as the photos show, and the backyard/garden was even nicer than pictured. We had a great stay and recommend it to all.

Great spot for solo traveler or traveling duo! Convenient to lots of walkable spots. Easy parking. This place really isn’t for the tall of stature, but that’s spelled out fairly clearly in the listing. Very cozy!

Meredith is the perfect host! We had a lot of questions prior to our trip and she was always responsive and friendly. The neighborhood is beautiful and a short walk to a park and gardens. We had a beautiful dinner at one of the restaurants Meredith recommend and will definitely be back! Small space, and perfect for two people wanting to explore the city. Highly recommend!

Ryan's place was just as described in his listing! The place was clean when we arrived. There was even a basket of snacks on the counter for us! He provided restaurant recommendations and we had an opportunity to visit his establishment, Apres, where we drank some delicious hard seltzer. We had a great time!

Great place that is very walkable to the eastern promenade and munjoy hill eateries. Easy off street parking and spacious accommodations were perfect for our stay.

I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb in the area! Dermot was great and his wife was such a sweet woman. She even came out to help us start the fire 😊 Their place was cozy, rustic, and so unique! Thank you for having us!

Place was as described and the host was very friendly and quick to respond. Downtown was a quick Uber ride there and back and host left us great recommendations to try out. My only negative was the bed does sit very low to the floor. I had a little trouble getting up because I’ve recently had spinal surgery and I have RA, but my husband was fine with it. Just in case an elderly person or someone with RA is thinking about it. I do highly recommend it other than that.

We had a fantastic stay at Ryan and Rita’s place. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to park. Close proximity to great restaurants/shops. Had great sleeps. Immaculate vibes.

Sadie and Laughlin are the best Airbnb hosts we have come across. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment is very clean, has lovely furnishings, is nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a very comfortable 3 and a half day stay in Portland. Both bedrooms are a good size and have incredibly comfortable beds. When we needed help with something, our hosts came around fast to help us. If we are ever back in Portland, we shall gladly book again with them. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Bill's Condo. We love the location. I think this is one of the very best views in Nordic Village. Also, Bill is one of the best hosts that I have worked with. We had early check in which was great. The condo itself is very well stocked and had everything that we needed. Great Kitchen, comfortable bed, 2-person jet tub, and fireplace makes the condo very cozy and inviting. Hope to stay again soon.

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!

Robert's condo is in a beautiful setting overlooking a meadow and the peaceful Pemi river. The furniture and bedding are comfortable. This was our 4th stay and definitely our go to place while visiting the White Mountains. Love this place!

The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, accepting our last-minute booking and making sure everything was ready for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The rooms are well-organized and clean, and the overall structure is perfect for both relaxation and those looking for a nature-filled experience. The river behind the house is truly stunning – a beautiful view and a very peaceful environment. Definitely a stay we highly recommend, and we would return without hesitation!

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

Love this place 2nd time coming here. We had an amazing stay amenities were just as described. Jacuzzi was by far my favorite. The arcade room is great. The family room in lobby feels like home. Place is super clean throughout. Definitely returning. Thanks Rick 😊
