Monthly Rentals in Wolfe Island

This home is stunning, and well equipped, in a beautiful location. It was outstanding to be right on the lake with kayaks and canoes. Nights were spent grilling, having bonfires, and looking out over the lake (or up at the stars) in the hot tub. Everything was fantastic - the only downfall is accessibility, as you need to take a ferry to the island. At the end of the day though, the ferry was just an extra piece of planning and research, but was unproblematic. Great house - thank you Maria!

I was lucky to come to Isabelle’s place for a family getaway. It was the perfect place for relaxing - it feels very remote and quiet, with tons of cute deer to watch in the evenings, a nice dock for watching the sunset, and a very cozy living space. The ferry rides were also a fun little experience. I was surprised at how many supplies they had stocked the kitchen with, enough for us to try complicated recipes. The latte machine (with milk frother) and complimentary coffee was also a huge bonus! Isabelle was always quick to reply and very helpful when we had any questions, before and during our stay. Definitely hoping to come back soon. Would highly recommend for a secluded and peaceful stay.

We had a lovely Christmas on Wolfe Island. The house is in an excellent location next to the docks, store and restaurants. We drove the whole island in a morning, explored the wind farm and bays. Everything is very quickly accessible. The house itself is very charming and the perfect size for us and our 2 dogs. We had everything we needed, and cooked a full Christmas dinner in the kitchen without issue. There were even Christmas lights up inside. The lights and the log burning stove made for a very cosy and festive stay. Jonathan was responsive whenever we had questions, even over Christmas, which was hugely appreciated. We would definitely return for another visit.

We had an excellent time, the location and view was spectacular- especially the sunset. Gillian was a great host, would like to go back.
