You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

We had a fantastic trip! The host was responsive and made the whole process smooth and easy. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. This was going to be our second time staying at Anne’s beautiful Air BnB. Unfortunately issues at the building the day we were due to check in required Anne to cancel our stay. This is still an all five-star rating because Anne was fast to communicate the problem. She even contacted another host to put an alternative place on hold for us while we decided what to do. At each step of the way Anne was wonderfully responsive. While it was not an ideal situation, knowing Anne was available to take our calls and answer our questions while we worked to pivot took away the stress of losing your planned getaway spot. We decided not to stay at the alternative spot, but I commend Anne for having a place on hold. It allowed us to take the time to look and consider all options, which removed any and all frustration that could have easily colored the day and our weekend. We plan to return sometime in the future.

I had a restful stay at Mark's place. It's in walking distance to the ferry along with other amenities like bike rental, supermarket, local restaurants, the Net Result, as well as the ferry terminal. It's a great option for anyone who wants to visit MV without a car as local buses are also nearby. Mark tends to his home with care. It's a distinctive place with tons of character, just like MV, which is why I've been returning to the island for 30+ years. I'll be back!

The condo location is ideal for a quiet beach getaway or a sightseeing excursion. It is located at the outermost point of Cape Cod right on a private beach next to the Atlantic Ocean inlet. Beautiful yet comfortable condo+beautiful views=magnificent vacation

Wonderful stay and time in Provincetown, MA.

We had a wonderful weekend, and absolutely loved the accommodations. Perfect location and beautiful property. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive.

Kristin's place was the perfect winter getaway I was looking for. It is a nice cozy place right on the lake with views from each room including the bedroom- so I could wake up to the view! The kitchenette had all the items I needed for my short stay and the place was modern yet cozy and very clean! Kristin was very kind and helpful and graciously accommodated several requests I had to make me feel at home and work with my schedule. I would definitely stay here again and think this is a perfect place in every season!

Prescott’s house is such a relaxing place to stay with a big group. The house has a very pretty view and is very clean and peaceful. We are very grateful for such a nice stay at this beautiful house. The BBQ outside didn’t work great but other than that we had a wonderful time! Thank you Prescott.

What a cool spot! Stayed a couple nights with friends for a "Book Retreat" and had the best time reading in the Hammock, chatting by the fire pit, and cooking together in the kitchen.

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

From the moment we entered until We packed up we felt a world away from the house selling process. Aruna and Joe have done a beautiful job decorating the house inside and out. It felt so cozy to sit with the gas fireplace and look at the mallards, Canada geese and swans float by. The location was perfectly situated in a very safe neighborhood yet close to route 28. We loved our stay and hope to come back to explore the pond by kayak. Thank you so much!

This pond side house is perfect for a family vacation. If one enjoys water and serenity, this is the place to be. The house is located in a very private lot and well-appointed inside. It's well equipped with kayak, canoe and paddle boards for everyone. And fishing is great for kids and adults in the nice pond with super clear water. Luther, the host, is also very friendly and considerate. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway on cape.

This property was stunning! As described. Brenda was extremely responsive to messages. My family appreciated the labeling she had done, it made everything very easy to find. Anything you could want this place has it, from super comfortable beds, tons of space, clean, and beautiful views! We will definitely be back!

Tam is an excellent host. The lake is picturesque and peaceful. The property is nestled between mature evergreen trees. The house is newly renovated, light, white, bright. Kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. Lots of cleaning supplies. Tam was an exceptional communicator and very friendly. Appreciate the time!

Anne’s place is an amazing old ocean front home. I was so excited to experience staying there, as we have no houses like this where I’m from. The ocean views are amazing from the porch, the upstairs bedrooms, and the crow’s nest. We watched seals and eider and mergansers and loons. It was also great to people watch from the front porch as lots of dog walkers walked by. We rock scrambled at low tide and got out to Brant Rock. Anne was super responsive and quick to answer questions when we first checked in. The house is old, quirky, and beautiful. The updated bathrooms are gorgeous. We cooked breads and lasagna and lots of other stuff and had all the pots, pans, and baking pans that we needed (which is rare in an Airbnb). Really lovely stay in a really lovely home. The perfect place to ring in the New Year with people I love.

We had a wonderful time at Rob's place in Provincetown this February. If you are looking for a quiet place on the East End in the off season this is an exceptional spot. Beautiful water views from the condo. A gorgeous beach with some of the best views in Provincetown is right across the street. Condo was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and exactly as described. Couldn't ask for more.

Wonderful penthouse-level property overlooking the wharf. Everything one would need was available on this property — top notch linens, towels, power outlets for electronics, silverware, cookware, glassware, appliances…everything. Decor was spectacular and interior design — second to none. In the heart of town and close to the best bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place with cozy, beachy decor. We loved the location right on the beach with an incredible view! We could walk around town. The place was perfect and we would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia’s home! It was in amazing location close to the beautiful downtown but also very private. The private beach is hard to beat! The space was clean, exactly as pictured, and was stocked with anything you could need. Julia was an amazing host who provided clear instructions and responded quickly. Brian’s place was a lovely stay! Extremely clean, beautiful and comfortable. Many thoughtful touches throughout the home and a well stocked kitchen for any cooking. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised with this condo, very comfortable making a great stay. Had all the amenities that we needed. The condo was right on the beach making for wonderful sunrises and sunsets over the bay. The location was great with a short walk to the center of town. Would recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.
