Staying at Luam's place was great! The house looks exactly as it is listed. We wish the pool would have been available for use :( but all other amenities and accommodations were exceptional! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking a great meal. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. There could be more mirrors in the house as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and 1 large mirror in the living room and the beds were slightly hard but that did not take away from how amazing the house was. It was 20 minutes from DC in a quiet area. The perfect home away from home. Thanks, Luam for being so responsive and providing easy check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

It was simply amazing. Daniel was a fantastic host. The house was incredible. Spacious, beautiful and peaceful felt just like home. The family and I enjoyed every inch of it. Family vacation home for every trip we take to DC.

I stayed at Will’s property for four nights in March 2025 with a group totaling nine people. Upon arrival, we found the property clean and free of clutter. The property was conveniently located within walking distance to Union Market and the metro, allowing for easy exploration of the greater DC area. Will was an exceptional host, demonstrating prompt, friendly, and professional communication throughout our stay. Will graciously accommodated an early check-in and late check-out, which gave my party extra time to explore the DC area before our departure. I would highly recommend this property for groups of 5-9 people and would gladly return if visiting the area again.

Andy was very accomdating and so helpful. Clear communication and instructions. There were small touches that made the house feel like a home. The house was so clean and everything we needed was there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I had the pleasure of staying in a lovely three-story townhouse in Dupont Circle, in the upper teens near S Street. Fantastic neighborhood. Vibrant yet peaceful, charming streets, terrific bars and restaurants, and easy access to downtown. I'm a native New Yorker, and Dupont is better than NYC. Think the Village + UWS + Brooklyn Heights, but better. The home is a gem, blending historic charm with modern luxury. Three huge bedrooms, two and a half baths, with a lovely rooftop deck, it provided the perfect backdrop for a comfortable and memorable stay. Every detail of the house is thoughtfully and beautifully designed. Equally impressive was the service provided by the hosts. They were attentive, responsive, and made everything about the experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. First class all the way. You could not ask for more. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay in the District. I didn't want to leave!

We had a wonderful time at Marie’s beautiful place! It was a quiet respite from the city in a large but cozy home. Everything we needed was available plus some! We all agreed that we wished for one more day just to stay “home” and relax without activities in the city. This home is a quick drive to the metro making it very convenient. The home is unique and well furnished, has comfortable bedding, with excellent and ample linens. The kitchen has high end appliances and large windows with great views including wildlife! Everything was exceptionally clean with ample closet and storage space. Our family of 8 adults thoroughly enjoyed the stay and hope to return! Thanks Marie!

Spacious, comfortable, clean home in Glen Dale…perfect for our family gathering…Lots of common area seating…enjoyed local takeout at the large dining room table. Home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Arlette Vanessa was very responsive…we had a few questions which were immediately addressed.

It was nice. There was ants in a room and after showers the ceiling began leaking. Few issues but Franco communicated very well. We had a great time despite small issues. Otherwise everything was great and it was spacious

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home located in a very serene peaceful neighborhood. Enough space for everyone to feel at home and very well maintained. Lots of stairs, as the listing states, but that was not an issue for us but is something to note. Games were available and a the garden was amazing to relax and let the kids play. We would definitely stay at Jon's place again! Highly recommend!

Shang’s place was a home away from home. Nice subdivision with friendly neighbors. He was very responsive & it was in a perfect location for us to visit family with the location being close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 5 adults. The location was a huge plus – easy access to all the DC attractions and surrounding areas. The host, Beth was very easy to reach and communicative with check-in and check-out instructions, which made our stay even smoother. Would definitely stay here again!
