Guesthouse vacation rentals in Washington

it is probably smart to call the Club Wyndham to understand the unit that you are assigned. I booked a 1bdrm and was assigned a 2bdrm (which was actually two apartments, each with 1 bdrm, kitchen, bath and living room). I never used one of the units and would have shared with a friend if I understood the layout ahead of time. great location walking distance to the blue/yellow Metro line, only a couple of stops from National Airport.

Annette and David were great hosts. My wife and I had a couple questions and they responded quickly and pleasantly. We had a minor key mishap and they were very understanding and helpful. The place is perfect for a couple. Easy walk to the Metro station and close to some fun eating/drinking spots in Bethesda. Overall, an excellent place to stay to explore DC.

I stayed at Brady & Jen’s Airbnb for about three months and had a wonderful experience. They were very kind, always responsive, and made my move down to D.C. a lot easier. The apartment was kept clean and maintained well during my entire stay. I would highly recommend staying at Brady & Jen’s Airbnb if you’re looking to stay in the D.C. area!

Place is well located, close to metro station. You can easliy get from here to all main atracttions in Washington. Moreover, place has a perfect connection with Dulles Airport. Room and bathroom were clean, kitchen is well equipped. Host is nice person. It's good place to stay!

We were visiting for the weekend and found the place to be very nice, very private, and very clean. Something that was not expected, we had a private garage, which was really nice. Thank you, we will visit again!

Very beautiful Airbnb !!! Private and very quiet neighborhood , everything we needed was in the unit down to the Keurig pods , extra perk for the rice cooker and Instapot. The bed was spacious and very comfortable It was like being in our own oasis Lots of memorable moments and will always cherish our time there Check out as a breeze and will definitely come back again if we need another get away

It was great for us as a home base for our stay in Maryland. The open plan of the second floor space was actually larger than I had imagined from the on-line photos, and worked well for my wife and me, and our energetic 50lb dog. Set in a mature forest, the tree-top views from the expansive windows are wonderful, a welcome departure from the usual hotel experience. The unusual location of the bathroom takes some getting used to, but was clearly explained by the hosts during the booking process, and we came prepared.

This bnb was an amazing stay and I would love to stay here again, it was outside of the crazy dc city and private away from Mingos family. It was a unique micro home, which was small but just enough for two people and I would recommend to anyone. The host was also super responsive and offered to help with anything we needed including bringing us an iron when we needed to iron dress clothes. 10/10 best experience I’ve had renting an air bnb

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Rockville, MD! The location was fantastic—situated in a very walkable neighborhood with lots of shops nearby and three playgrounds within walking distance. It was ideal for both kids and adults alike. The home itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our family of five for a week. The layout provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel at home. As dog owners, we especially appreciated the ample space for our furry friends to run around. Although one of their dogs didn’t get along with ours, the hosts made it easy to restrict access, so it wasn’t an issue during our stay. Overall, this Airbnb offered a great combination of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly features. We’d happily stay here again!

My stay at Amanda's Nutrition Library was exquisite! The space was exactly as pictured, comfortable, clean, and very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well! Amanda's property is beautiful and serene. It's wonderful to be among the trees and flowers. It has "retreat" vibes but proximity to shopping and restaurants! It's very convenient! Amanda was a joy to communicate with and very helpful. Her instructions are very detailed and I had no issues checking in, parking, or finding anything in the space. I will absolutely book with her again! Thank you!

I was in Jen's place for a month while working in the nearby Folger Shakespeare Library and had a fabulous stay. The location is absolutely amazing with very high walkability and easy connections to a host of things nearby: the Mall, Union Market, Eastern Market, H street cafes and restaurants. The space has been very thoughtfully arranged and well appointed. Jen was a communicative and positive host throughout. Would highly recommend.

These hosts are the best - kind, friendly without being intrusive, and always ready to help. The property is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully appointed - lovely decor, nice bed and cozy linens, and coffee, tea, and cooking supplies in the kitchen. We are retreat guests, and this was our first visit when the weather was nice enough to sit on the deck of the bedroom. Lovely! You will not regret a stay at the Little Wooded Casita.

Alice's place was ideal. Very clean and comfortable. We were visiting family for a week and the location allowed us to be in easy reach of them. I would highly recommend this very quiet little place to stay. It was very easy and quick to communicate with Alice.

Great little place! Perfect for a couple or small family. My girls (7 and 9) loved the loft. The linens were super comfy. Toby left a bottle of wine and cookies out to welcome us. Everything you need for a stay in the DC area with great access to downtown Falls Church and into DC. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at the beautiful carriage house in the Shaw neighborhood. It was a perfect spot to work from during the day — Wi-Fi was strong and there’s a cute little office nook. And it’s close to transit for exploring DC!Chris was a welcoming and friendly host, very responsive. A few things to note: the kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, fridge, and microwave. However it’s not outfitted for cooking full meals. There’s also construction happening directly outside — in my experience, from the hours of ~8am-5pm, inclusive of Saturday. Overall, a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful neighborhood and surroundings. Quiet, private and easy access/walkable to places to eat and shop. The apartment had everything we needed! So well done, made great use of the space. Sleeping was quiet and comfortable. Can't say enough!! Would definitely stay here again. Easy access to DC! Host was very quick with response. Comfortable home in a great neighborhood – a peaceful setting and a short walk to Metro, stores, and restaurants. Tyler is friendly and responsive. Everything was just so effortless and straightforward.

I really loved my stay at Farida’s place! The space was spacious, gorgeous, bright, warm, and cozy and had everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Farida truly thought of everything and I appreciated the little touches that made her place stand out from others. I absolutely loved the neighborhood and it was an easy walk to shopping and great restaurants, in addition to being super close to Rock Creek for running. Farida was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating! I really enjoyed meeting her and wish we had had more time to chat! Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. I look forward to staying at Farida’s place when I am back in the area!

The location was perfect, in a historic and walkable neighborhood near the Capitol. The apartment was very clean, had all the necessary amenities, and the hosts kindly shared recommendations for local places. Overall, a very good and convenient stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the Cellar on Girard! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see in DC while still feeling like a quiet neighborhood retreat. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Austin was a terrific host — incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Five stars all around. Would definitely stay here again!
