Monthly Rentals in Tyler Hill

I had the pleasure of staying at Chez Cochecton cottage for 6 weeks this past March-April. I couldn't have picked out a more perfect home, location and host. Eric knew the circumstances of my trip and was willing to work with me so I didn't have to keep bouncing around to different AirBnb's. The cottage is beautiful, spacious and so comfortable. The appliances are all new, home is squeaky clean and the views are wonderful to soak in from sunrise to sunset. The location was such a treat, too. Less than a mile away you have the Delaware River, 5 miles away you can find the cute town of Callicoon, which has a main street with small mom and pop shops and restaurants. If you're into concerts, live events and museums you can find Bethel Woods 15 minutes away. This was by far the best AirBnb experience I have ever had. Eric is truly an amazing host. He makes sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. If you need anything he is so quick to respond, too! I can't wait to come back!

This is our second stay at tthe cottage. The location is great for us and it was all perfect again. Emily makes it so easy for travelers as she has thought of everything, and has the cottage fully stocked. Adult games, kids toys and books, whatever you need is here. Very Comfortable, Easy to get in. It's the full house with a comfortable yard around it. Neighbors are not too close. I found it easy and private for creativity and solitude. But yet it's now way out in the boonies. Also comfortable nooks for hanging out and relaxing. Porches front and back so in mild weather there is lots of room. Curtains close at night for privacy, not that you need it.

The Hayloft (funny name!), was squeaky clean, everything was well maintained and felt new. Heidi reached out before I arrived and answered questions promptly and completely. I really appreciated the full notebook of things to see and do in the area. It was nice to have some soft drinks, water and snacks, and I really appreciated the fully stocked Keurig coffee selection (including 4 kinds of sweetener - I'm a splenda girl! - and 1/2 and 1/2). I also appreciated the toiletries. I'd definitely stay again.
