Classic LA Mediterranean w/ City Views

I love being a host! My partner and I purchased our home in 2018 and are restoring her little by little. This is one of the historic homes in the neighborhood and we are doing our best to bring her back to life. One interesting fact about the home, Mike Love, of the Beach Boys, lived here as a teenager and wrote a song about the property that was recorded on the Holland album. I am stunned by the views across the city to downtown LA every time I see them. Hope you will stay with us!

LIFESTYLE suite- 3-4 miles from beach. Wonderful place for couples, professional or conference trips. Not suitable for kickbacks or gatherings of 4 or more. Located in a diverse residential area in a spacious living area of 750 sq.ft. DO NoT skip the check in guide on the Airbnb message platform; you will get lost, and we will not pay for your Uber. Patrick and I are very mellow hosts that have full-time jobs. Please don’t book with us if you’re whiny **420 friendly out side on patio

Peaceful, private and very clean! 500 sq. ft. studio has everything! A tranquil patio and even a BBQ. In a great location for visiting or working in LA. Just off La Brea Ave. with boutiques, cafes, art galleries, exercise studios and markets! It is a 10 min. drive to Museum Row, the Grove, Fairfax Ave. Cedars-Sinai Hospital.
