Very cute and cozy bungalow. We visited in off-season and it was quiet and easy to walk up to the beach. Take note that the bathroom and shower stall is tiny. Neat and clean, but very small.

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

This was a perfect place for our visit to see family while accommodating our two dogs. It’s a great location to go to the beach as well as walk to restaurants. The host couldn’t have been more accommodating. The place was super cute and had anything you would need for your stay. It was very clean and I loved that Tommy had coffee, cleaning supplies and even dog bowls. Thanks for being a super host and we look forward to our next visit!!

Nice traditional beach house with very responsive hosts! Lee Ann and Rich were so kind and helped us any time we reached out. We had a great stay with 4 adults and 2 dogs. Great location to beach, just be mindful that the area can flood during certain times of year - the hosts are great about communicating this though. Definitely recommend!

We had a large group of friends stay with us to celebrate our wedding, the home was perfect for what we needed! Lots of beds enough room for everyone. Definitely read all the instructions, the host was very informative. Home was as described and pictured. We are very happy with our stay!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Ami’s! You couldn’t ask for a better location if you want to be close to the beach. The home was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the large front porch for our early morning coffee and late night conversations. If we return to Seaside, we would book this home again! Thank you!

We've had such a wonderful time on Thanksgiving weekend! The house looks even better than the pictures: beautifully decorated, everything made with love and care, enough space to comfortably fit 8 people. There were only 5 of us, so we've had a plenty of space! Kids had a blast hanging out in the loft and playing arcade. I wish it was warmer so we could've enjoyed all of the outside spots, cause they were amazing: 4 balconies and patio with comfy firniture, grill, swing chair and everything you could possibly need. Paige was very nice, left clear instructions and recommendations, answered all of my questions very fast.

Property was brand new and truly a few short steps to the beach. It’s right in the middle of the best shore areas - Bayhead, Point Pleasant, and LBI. Clean, not cluttered and tastefully decorated. Location, location, location is the key to this great property.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfy. The beds were very conformable and the location was perfect to the boardwalk and beach. They were very quick to respond for any questins we may have a had.

Greg was very responsive of my questions prior to the stay. The place was clean and what I expected. This is a beautiful spot to look out at the ocean I will definitely book this again in the future. Pricing was a little more than usual, however, it was worth every penny.

Great stay! Everything was clean and Melissa was very responsive. We all loved the layout of the place as it is three floors, so everybody has privacy in each room!

We enjoyed this conveniently located Belmar home, an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to shopping. The home had nice natural light as well as being clean and tidy. Highly recommend for a stay at the Shore.

We loved staying at the Net Fish NGrill! Such a beautiful house, sparkling clean. Unique surroundings, close to stores and oh so many activities!! The kids loved fishing from the dock, using the kayaks, and swimming. Stephanie and co responsed superfast and friendly to all our questions, and made us feel at home all the way. (We loved the requested recommendations Salty Love Fishing) We are happy to recommend this home! 🥰

This home was perfect, we visited in the off season so our surroundings were always quiet and calm, the home is beautiful and is so close to restaurants and grocery stores. Our host was amazing. We highly recommended this place. We’d love to stay again.

I lived in the area for many years, so was familiar with the great restaurants and activities available to enjoy. I was visiting family and friends and this house was in the perfect location. The house itself is well stocked with everything, from spices, coffee and tea, filters, and laundry and cleaning supplies. There’s a nice backyard and front porch to sit and enjoy, as well as balconies. There’s also a private driveway. Katie responded to any questions I texted. I would highly recommend this place and katie.

Great family house. 6 adults and two very little children. Kitchen is spacious and the large and beautiful island was a great gathering spot for all. Grilled out in secluded yard that has outdoor furniture and fire pits. Added perks of boogie boards, beach umbrellas, etc. Large grocery store around corner. This house had everything that we needed for a week of respite and family fun.

We had a great stay here and Kevin was incredibly responsive and friendly. His place was very clean upon arrival and was great for a short trip!
