Caravan with a view, Isle of Skye.

Wonderful hosts! Helpful instructions for getting to the caravan, which was spotless and comfortable for our 4 days on Skye. We would recommend this place to anyone in the area - loved the little guestbook we could add a message to.

Greenhill Garden Studio

JeffreyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved the garden house ( it is secluded being in the backyard which has a stone wall around it and you hear no city noise) and the surroundings were beautiful. We met Amanda, she was very pleasant and helpful. Amanda’s place is a short walk from the main road for getting around in the city. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the castle and attractions in that area. We also took the train to Glasgow for a day trip, it takes about an hour each way. Would definitely stay here again, if we are ever back in the area.

Hill View Pod , Ballachulish

EugenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We were looking for a convenient home base for several half-day hiking tours in the Glen Coe area and we found so much more in the Hill View Pod! It was so cosy, clean, private and had all features we wished for. Most notably, Michelle is a superb host, very welcoming, warm and forthcoming. She also prepared quite a few recommendations for activities which you can read about in the pod. The location is optimal. Not only is it just a few miles away from many exciting hiking tours, but also the town of Ballachulish is worth exploring. The quarry, Ballachulish Peninsula and the Brecklet path through the forest have provided us surprisingly beautiful short walks. For grocery shopping, a Co-op is nearby. 10/10 do recommend! Simply perfect! Thank you Michelle for an amazing stay!

Comfortable 2 bed caravan sleeps 4.

YannickRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great comfortable van in a good location to all the highlights of the islands (especially the northern ones). Unfortunately we were unlucky to experience one of the first major storms of the autumn. Luckily, the van is equipped with a large and good selection of films, which got us through the storm (we always wanted to watch all three Lord of the Rings in the extended version in one go). We'll be back again!

I spent a peaceful 5 nights and the nook while visiting Edinburgh for work and am looking forward to coming back for vacation with the family. I took the train in from the Dalmeny station which was a nice walk mostly on trails. Views from the nook are just as the pictures show, beautiful.

I would highly recommend this place if you are wanting some peace and quiet. Beautiful location. Took my partner here for his birthday and we had a great time. Troy was super friendly and helpful in organising a few birthday surprises for when we walked through the door. I couldn’t be happier with the service received. Would definitely come back

JérémyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Richard's accomodation is a piece of heaven. It's a former garage beautifully transformed into a studio. From the cute kitchen to the cosy bathroom, everything is there to have a comfy stay and feel instantly like home. All the amenities are there and even more : Richard thought about the light-headed with a survival kit including tooth brushes and plug adapters.. How useful and smart ! My wife and I spent three days in and loved every minute of it ! I definitely recommend !

mark and James went above and beyond to make us welcome. The many added touches made this the absolute best air BnB we've ever been to. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. it was well sheltered and very refreshing/relaxing 😎. Thanks again for treating us so well Mark, we'll be back someday soon hopefully 👌🏼💖🤗

Beautiful small self-contained house in St Abbs

AileenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My partner and I (plus our dog) had a fantastic couple of days at Susan’s house. We enjoyed the circular walk to the lighthouse with spectacular views. The stroll along to Coldingham Bay was also beautiful - we went bodyboarding and swimming. We also went to the New Inn in Coldingham one evening for dinner - it was lovely. Walking around the harbour and chilling in the cafe at St Abbs was very peaceful. We sat at the table and chairs in the garden drinking fresh coffee in the morning before setting off for the day. The house was really cosy in the evenings and had everything we needed. Highly recommended

Cosy, modern 1 bedroom cottage on NC500.

LindaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Bothan Nanna is a warm, comfortable base to explore the area around Dingwall. It was a 15 minute walk to the town centre, and with a car, it was easy to visit Glen Affric to go walking and visit Comarty, a well preserved 18th century town with quaint little fishing cottages. The self contained accommodation had its own front door and was very private and quiet at night. Kim was very friendly and helpful and the Scottish treats were a lovely touch. Would highly recommend.

Booked accommodation to relax and recharge my batteries. It certainly did that. I love the location. Excellent site, excellent hosts. This is my fourth or fifth visit and definitely will be back. It is perfect for relaxing and also perfect for children. With lots to do on site and surrounding area. My 5 year old great nephew loves the play park. Plus they now have a cafe in the big house as well as the shop. As Arnold said I’LL BE BACK 😄 5/5

An Outdoor Enthusiasts Slice of Heaven

RachaelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a fabulous stay at Karen's place with our dog. Uisdean was there to meet us and show us around and give us some expert advice on the surrounding area and walks. The accommodation was very clean and cosy with lots of finishing touches that didn't go unnoticed, they have thought of everything you will need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed homemade pizzas in the cozy pizza/BBQ hut. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook in and we received a lovely welcome pack with breakfast items, wine and homemade fudge and soap. The hot tub was amazing to soak our aching legs in after climbing Ben Nevis and the sauna and icy plunge pool were a lovely treat too! The games room/bar is very well stocked with whatever drinks and snacks you fancy. The surrounding views are beautiful and it is so quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed a lovely walk around the Loch while my husband did the ring of Steall walk. We would definitely hope to return again. Rachael and David Redpath

Tranquil setting, stunning views, luxury living

ElizabethRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We were fortunate enough to book last minute for a couple of nights. Travelling as two friends who are very different so need our own space this was perfect. With separate rooms and en-suites. Not a problem to find google took us to the door, ample parking and easy entry. Inside was spacious with everything you might need and some great additional touches like games, binoculars, blankets on the sofa, jams & tea & coffee. And with liquid restrictions on travelling with hand-luggage having shampoo, conditioner and body wash saved on the packing. Got good advice for somewhere to have breakfast & I feel had we needed anymore tips they would have been freely available. I highly recommend a visit to this lovely place with great hosts and a very cute family. My only disappointment was not having another week there - I will be back
