Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sarasota

Our stay could not have been any better. The unit was in perfect shape with everything we wanted. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and beach bag in the unit for our short walk to the beach. Plenty of pans to cook with and all appliances appeared to be brand new. Central location to great restaurants you can walk or take a short drive. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to all!

At the age of 43 I finally faced my greatest fear and flew to Siesta Key. Anna & Thomas made our experience even more amazing with beautiful accommodations, local recommendations, and clear communication. Thank you for the memories we will have for a lifetime!

Wonderful stay at Gwen and Ricks! We were welcomed with fresh flowers in several rooms, and croissants for the morning to go with coffee out on the front porch. The cottage is clean and cozy and very homey. The kitchen is outstanding due to being well stocked with nice pans and utensils! One of the best we've experienced. We had the opportunity to meet Rick and he was SO nice! Gwen took great care of us and even had chocolate kisses for us. We would definitely stay at their place again next time we are in St Petes! It's a great location too! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The apartment was wonderful. It is extremely clean, very spacious and new, easy to check in and check out. The location is fantastic. Great and fast communication and responsiveness by the hosts. This has been my best Airbnb experience and we will definitely be back.

Every time a 5-star experience & one of the best values for the price w/included Barefoot Beach Club amenities directly across street. Check in/out always a breeze w/clear communication/instructions - was ready early. Outside free parking 5 steps away & charming balcony/bench. Inside spacious, clean, comfortable, insulated w/ocean views from abundance of windows (has privacy curtains). Unit fresh/safe/secure. AC worked, airflow strong, big/clean SS appliances & stone counters. I used fridge/freezer + oven. Overstocked towels / toiletries for entire group. One BR had closet+hangers. Dressers/TV's in both. LR big screen TV w/cable, Playstation 4 (laggy but playable). Patience w/water pressure but hot. Ladies wanted bright mirror near outlet. Resort heated pool, hot tub & shallow wading pool crystal clear & fully functional. Pool warm, hot tub hot (levels out ~100 degrees due to sheer size. Relaxed vibes poolside w/light music. Beach groomed w/day beds affordable to rent ($20/day). LOVE!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts are the sweetest couple — warm, welcoming, and full of kindness. They even came outside to chat with us and gave us a ride, which was such a thoughtful touch. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and super clean. The space was spotless, and the outside area was such a fun bonus. I would stay here over and over again. Good location and host was accommodating.

Best spot in Sarasota, I can’t imagine staying in a better location. Very quiet, very cute and comfortable. Easy check in, easy check out, it was perfect for our long weekend. We just did breakfast at home and for that at least the kitchen had all we needed. Appreciated the hot water kettle and the coffee maker. Great private parking. Great washer and dryer too!

We had a wonderful stay! The 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was very communicative and responded promptly to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. Loved the location, it was close to pretty much everything. Our two 4 pound, Emotional Support Yorkie’s loved the screened in lanai. They would go out there to play and to get some warm sunshine. It was really cute! I love the laundry room, it was perfect and so convenient, right outside the lanai! The two bathrooms were really nice… They both were beautifully remodeled. All in all… our stay was great and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you Angel. We appreciate it. Debbie, Bob, Luci, and Tito.

My husband and I have the same birthday and this year we decided to rent a place locally and have a (stay-cation?). Mrs Yainley let me know that it was available for an early check-in and I happened to be right around the corner when I received the message, so i decided to go check it out. I showed up and Mrs Yainley was in the house preparing a birthday surprise for us ! She felt bad that she was in the house when I got there and I felt bad that I popped in and caught her setting it up the birthday surprises!! In any case, she was so sweet to do that and it just added another special part to our birthday trip. We were very happy with the home, it was well kept, the showers are awesome, I loved the feel of the master bedroom! There's a coffee bar with a Keurig and an espresso maker which was great. The pool table kept everyone busy and having fun and it was large enough for both our families to come by on our birthday for cake and ice cream. Expectations exceeded! Thanks again!

Admira was great and even helped us out with a last second early check in request. Place was super clean, well stocked and easy to find. Lagoon was a blast and the kids spent several hours there. Neighborhood was perfect for evening walks and close enough to make quick runs to the store or out to grab a bite to eat.

House was very clean and cozy. The location was perfect. It is less than a 10 minute drive to the beach. The nearest Walmart was less than 5 minutes away. The backyard was super cozy and had a barbecue. The beds were very comfortable. House has all the necessities you might need for cooking/cleaning. Washer and dryer were perfect for coming back from the beach. Overall everything was perfect!

We loved everything about Paige's place and were sad to leave. We stayed 9 days while our son played a tournament at IMG and loved the quiet neighborhood on Ware's creek. My husband worked remotely in the separate office and appreciated the available computer monitor. A highlight was reading out on the peaceful, screened porch with a view of the creek and private backyard full of tropical foliage. The house is the perfect size for 3 people and is so stylishly and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. When I mentioned that the house could use a few more dishes like small appetizer plates and bowls, and that the hairdryer was broken (I realized later that it wasn't), Paige texted almost immediately that she was shipping these new items to the house via Amazon. She is the most responsive host I've ever rented from. The Bradenton farmer's market and other good restaurants were only a 3 minute drive away. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful quite place to stay. A few steps to the white sandy beach. Everything you would need for a great vacation. I would recommend David's place.

This is the third time I've rented in this complex. The location is unbeatable - private beach, beautiful Gulf view from the beach, beach accessories were in good condition and a bonus kayak to use during the serene mornings. Definitely cannot beat the sunsets! The condo is by far the cleanest I've ever rented via Airbnb - thank you for that! The kitchen has everything - we cooked every meal. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Already booked for 2026!

Fantastic space. Three minute walk to the ocean. Nice pool and hot tub. Everything inside looks like the pictures. Eric was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

Great place for a quick and easy getaway vacation. Perfect across the street from beautiful beach. Pool seemed a little smaller than picture but was good size. There were pool crowds at points but not bad at all. And right next door to BOGO margaritas all day :-)

We had a great stay at Kristin’s condo. The place was very clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from home beach getaway. The beach gear provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, floatation devices, and buggy) was so appreciated and made a huge difference for our daily saunter to the beach. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. The condo had a lovely balcony overlooking the marina. It was great being able to see both the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset at the beach every day. Kristin was quick to respond to inquiries and provided incredibly helpful information. We would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!!

This is the perfect vacation rental! The condo is spacious and very well maintained. Has lots of amenities to offer. The location could not be more ideal… walking distance to Siesta Key beach ( right across the street). Has a stop in front of the building for Siesta Key trolley that takes you to Siesta Village. Kathy is a fantastic host. Very accommodating and replies quickly. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and looking forward to going back!
