Really enjoyed the hosts, Elena and Judd. They made me feel right at home. And were very supportive of my efforts to get my house cleaned up after Helene and Milton. Really glad I found the place. It made the week worth of work more fun.

I came here on a business trip and was very pleased with the property. It was pristine clean and a quiet/private place to rest. The hosts communicated very well and were available if I needed anything. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Elizabeth's guest house was just absolutely amazing! Not only was it clean, but she provided things like drinks and yogurts which I wasn't expecting. She even left us a little bottle of champagne since it was our honeymoon! Her two dogs were friendly as can be and made several visits to the pool area while we were swimming. If you forget towels or a bag or even soap, she had extras stored away for your use, which ended up saving us when we realized we forgot to bring a beach bag. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but still close to several good restaurants and Siesta key. I couldn't reccomend a place more!

This was a small cozy studio apartment type room.smaller than a regular hotel room but perfect for 1 or two people short term or who travel light. It was clean, quiet and close to siesta beach, dining options, shopping and St. Armand’s Circle.

I had a great stay at Eduardo and Audrey place. My house was damaged in the storm, and they were so welcoming and went out of their way to ask if I needed anything. Their guest house is centrally located close to restaurants, highways ect. This place is welcoming and homey but also private. I have already booked my next stay!

I really enjoyed my time here. I requested a very early check in as my job was being tough, and he accepted no questions asked. The place was very clean, the kitchen is perfect for cooking. The place was great. I will be staying here again! Thanks again for letting me stay here!

It was an awesome place to stay. Lili was the best and responsive . She had an adorable place. Everything was a lovely and adorable. It was near most of the restaurants and near the beach as well. Definitely worth it and I’ll definitely recommend it.

Very cute little space, smaller than jt looks but very affordable and private. Super clean and nice room. If I had to list any negatives at all the front gate was a little over grown, causing intital wonder if we were in the right spot, but the instructions cleared up any confusion we had. Would definitely book again.

We had an absolutely wonderful 8 night stay, in every way, at Charles' studio apartment. The location was perfect for our plan to explore Sarasota on foot,; in walking distance to downtown, the Bayrunner free trolley, abd to the Breeze transit station. The studio apartment is lovely, clean, and we'll appointed. The kitchen and cooktop allowed us to enjoy breakfast and pack a lunch for the beach. We chose to eat dinner out most evenings, but did prepare dinner twice (found everything we needed at Whole Foods which is within easy walking distance to the studio.) We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and late evenings. And...the saltwater pool and patio were refreshing and so relaxing. Charles and Dan were hosts par excellence and we felt totally at home thanks to their incredible hospitality. We hope to return, for an even longer stay!

I appreciate Jennifer so much. I stayed at the Airbnb (The Flamingo) in a time where it was very much needed after losing power due to Milton. It was so colorful and cozy. Right when I walked in I was greeted by the cool AC which was such a relief. She had a big TV in the living room where you could watch shows and movies. The kitchen has everything you would need as well. Right up the road is a Whole Foods where I went to get some food for my stay. There is also an outside area where you can sit and read and look at the stars at night. Overall I enjoyed my stayed. Thank you so much! Your kindness to me has been such blessing for me. Highly recommend this place if you are still being affected by Milton and just in general.

I had such a great experience here! The home was lovely & had everything you could possibly need. The atmosphere was very welcoming and I felt right at home! It was the perfect place to relax and I really appreciated the quiet. The bed was super comfortable too! Overall, it was such a great find and I would definitely stay again!!

Stayed for 2 days in the Cottage room and it was very relaxing. Lots of extras and special touches, and pretty quiet. It was adorable inside and clean. I would stay again, good communication. Would have preferred a keypad over a key but it would not keep me from returning. The garden is perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. parking right outside the door and it is close to eateries. Overall solid choice and close to beaches as well!

Joes place is such a beautiful RV! It was so cute and very cozy! Everything you need in a peaceful location. Joe was very responsive when I had a couple questions. He goes above and beyond leaving a personalized note, wine, snacks, chocolate and toiletry items. Would absolutely stay again. We only stayed for one night and wish we had longer.

Light and airy feel. Beautiful interior. Clean and had bedding and towels. Our only annoyance was the air fresheners which was no big deal. We just unplugged them for our stay and put them back when we left. Great deal for this mostly private space.
