Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

I had a wonderful stay at Victor's place in Ventura. It is in a quiet neighborhood just steps to the beach with several restaurants and shops within walking distance - Duke's in particular was a great place with good food and local flavor. The beds were comfortable and the backyard space was a real treat. I would definitely stay here again.

This oasis of peace and tranquility perched in the Santa Monica Mountains yet only minutes from the Beaches of Malibu, is the perfect tonic for our fast-paced, technological life. I had all the amenities needed to stay as connected as I want but with the space, design, and solitude to go inward and contemplate deeper questions. I would live there if I could!

Great place to stay. Everything was really clean and organized. If I had to be nit picky about something, I wish there were bigger bowls to eat out of in the kitchen and more trash bags. Besides that, Rajvir was a great host and very responsive. You have access to the gym and pool during your stay and I felt very safe in the gated community.

It was an excellent stay from start to finish. Larry and Nancy are very friendly and accommodating. We even played pickleball together one morning. I will definitely return!

My family and I loved our stay at Rico’s and Cinzia’s place! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and conveniently located. The hosts provided very clear instructions for our late check-in, helping us settle in very smoothly. Highly recommended!

It’s a beautiful little spot, perfect for two people. The host was extremely accommodating and super sweet. Normally, I wouldn’t choose a place that has the host on property but she was very relaxed so for the 1st time I didn’t mind the house be attached to hosts main property. Definitely would stay again. Advertised properly! What you see is what you get. Perfect space for a good rest. Good space for your dogs to run around outside in the backyard when the zoomies kick in!

Myself and some friends needed a place to stay after a wedding and Todd's place was perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer. The back yard was very private and provided a great space for us to decompress after the wedding. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

me and my girlfriends stayed at Todd's place for my bachelorette party last week. we loved it! we spent a ton of time in the pool and lounging in the gorgeous front lawn. the place felt safe and was the perfect size for our group (8 people). when we had some issues come up with the place, Todd was immediately responsive and made things right,.ensuring that we were totally satisfied with our stay. We had a great time and Maxcy’s lovely beach house was perfect for our stay in Ventura! The home was very well-appointed and there were so many thoughtful extras to make our stay comfortable (extra towels and blankets, etc.). The neighborhood is very quiet. Was in town for work and Meredith’s place seemed like the right fit and it definitely was. Cozy and spacious. Steps away from the beach too which was a plus!

The house was just right for our family stay. Great shopping close by. Kitchen was well stocked and they had some welcome snacks for us which was nice. I also liked being able to park in the garage.

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment just a few houses down from the lovely sandy beach. Note the apartment is number 1090, not 1088! It wa so great to be able to do daily beach walks and explore the beautiful local towns like Santa Barbara. Lots of good food spots in Ventura, and so many options for boat trips too! Really good place to stay.

Linda's home was the perfect place for our team while we were working in the area. Very close to restaurants and grocery. Her home was clean and cared for. Linda was always responsive to any question. We needed to extend our stay, and the process was easy to navigate with Linda's support, which took pressure off of our plate. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful home while we were working away from our own home.

This was our second extended winter stay in Julie’s apartment. It was just as nice and convenient as we had remembered it. In addition, the heated pool and hot tub renovations were completed, which made this year even better than last year. Whether it was a hot, sunny day or a cloudy, cool one, the hot tub was SO relaxing. We slept so well on the comfortable King bed and cooked some delicious meals in the well furnished kitchen. The small patio is just right for enjoying an afternoon drink while watching the Acorn Woodpeckers and hummingbirds. A great spot!

We enjoyed our time here very much.. . It felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. Suneetha is a fantastic host she is very responsive, friendly, and puts so much care into making her guests feel comfortable. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Suneetha!
