Monthly Rentals in Nokomis

We enjoyed our stay here and Yuriy was very helpful and accommodating. Those that are looking for city water during their stay this house is not for you as it is well water. All in all we enjoyed the house and the location.

Michelle’s place was just the perfect place for myself and my team during our stay. She had everything ready prior to arrival. The instructions from check in to check out were accurate. She was helpful with all location places that really assisted us to adapt to the place very quickly. This house is definitely one of my favourites in all my travels. She definitely delivered in spades. For anyone looking to rent this house, It’s a home that you will fall in love with. Loved the salt water pool. The pictures don’t do justice.

The location was perfect. I did not realize how close we were to the beach until we drove over the bridge. Downtown Venice is only a 10min drive which was perfect because that is what brought us to the area. Easy check-in process and the place was super cute! Felt right at home. In the description it said, third bedroom, but it was more of an addition to the master bedroom. Super excited to see coffee was provided, as well as some kitchen essentials for cooking. I definitely would stay here again!

This place was very clean, private, and in a great location. Martin was a wonderful host as well. He was quick to respond to any question or concern I had. Overall a great stay and I will be booking with him again in the future.
