Condo vacation rentals in New York

Med was a great host who made it easy to check in and feel welcome in a new city. He took the time to get to know me and made an effort to ensure my three-month stay was comfortable. The apartment is a block away from a bus stop and a bike ride away from the Port Imperial ferry terminal, so getting to NYC is fairly easy. The neighborhood was sometimes loud at night, with music from the neighbors and sirens in the background, but overall the area felt safe. There were on occasion some issues, such as a leaky sink and clogged drains, but nothing major. It is hard to find such a good deal with quick access to the city. Overall a positive experience! I would/will stay there again! Thank you so much for welcoming me into your home Med!

Lovely stay in an incredible location!

The Haüs of Bliss was just as cozy and kinky as advertised! My partner and I had a wonderful weekend there and loved every minute of it! The projector in the play room was also a wonderful touch where we could watch a movie or show when we wanted to take some breaks. We had so much fun and would definitely come back.

Absolutely incredible stay at Kyle’s place! The location truly can’t be beat—right on 5th Avenue, just steps from the Empire State Building and smack in the middle of everything. You’re surrounded by amazing restaurants, and with the subway close by, getting anywhere—whether it’s a trip to Brooklyn or catching a Yankees game in the Bronx—is super easy. The view from the apartment? Unreal. Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. We were blown away the moment we walked in. This was our first time staying in an Airbnb, and Kyle made it such a great experience. He’s a super cool guy and was a fantastic host. Can’t thank him enough for trusting us with his home—we’d 100% stay here again!

My friend and I stayed for a short trip at Maria's location and it was exactly what we needed, a place to stay for our trip that was well kept, had amenities, and fresh linen available. Parking spot was small, but is to be expected in an attached parking garage.

I had a great month-long stay at ReeRee’s quaint apartment. The place was very clean and was in a convenient location from the hospital. I felt safe and had privacy. The room was well organized and furnished and fulfilled all my needs. ReeRee was very responsive to any concerns or questions I had during the entire stay!

Great location and good value for money. The PATH is a 10-minute walk away, which makes getting to NYC easy.

We immediately felt at home and did not regret for a minute having taken a hotel in Manhattan!! The house was super cozy and lovingly furnished. The beds were big and super comfy. We were able to sleep wonderfully! Great amenities (shower cosmetics, hair dryer, pharmacy, etc.) Everything was available!!!! Ella was always available to us and always responded quickly when we had questions! On the day of departure, we were even allowed to stay longer in the house, as our flight was only very late. Thanks again for that ;) The bus stop was around the corner and only 3 stops (10-15 minutes) from Manhattan! We had a great vacation in a 100% recommended accommodation!! Thanks for everything!

House was clean and beautiful, just as pictured. Check-in was easy, Host responded very quickly when I had a question. Bed was comfortable, house and neighborhood was quiet. We would stay there again 😀

Such a nice, quiet place in the craziness of NYC. Robert was a super good host and communicator. Just a little tipp: if you are looking for a place to store your bags, don't use the bounce closest to the apartment, because they might not be there when they tell u. We waited half an hour together with angry people trying to get hold of their post and went to the next bounce after at Broadway, which worked just fine!

I had a quick one-night stay at Benjamin's place. It was a very comfortable space. The living room was warm and inviting. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. The bed was quite comfy. Overall, it was a great place to stay--wish I'd had another day to enjoy the apartment.

The apartment is of unparalleled quality, great brightness and very bulky spaces. Everything is available for our stay except household products or a vacuum cleaner, but we always find something to get by. The neighborhood is friendly, in 30 minutes maximum, we are at the World Trade Center, large park nearby, side shops available. I want to highlight the availability and speed with which the owner responds:) Thank you for this great apartment!

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

We had a great stay for our mini spring break vacation. It was 2 moms and 2 - 9 year olds and we never felt unsafe. The Amtrak station was a short uber ride away so it was easy to access. The host provided towels, washcloths, detergent and a welcome snack which is always nice touch. The host was also very responsive and provided clear instructions on everything we needed while there. It is a walk-up building so be prepared to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs (it really wasn’t that bad) and we did notice the neighborhood was pretty noisy with loud music coming from cars and sirens throughout the day. Overall, we would still stay here again if we ever visited Newark in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Brian’s, it is conveniently located near so many restaurants and shops that are in walking distance. They were very responsive if we had any questions. The home was amazing!
