Condo vacation rentals in Nantucket Island

Great place to stay with a short walk or drive to nearby beaches. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the place since we wanted to get out on the water and explore.

everything was smooth and easy. place is central for downtown chatham, spacious location, good ac, lighting inside and out is good and clear instructions. wish they gave more than the 2 towels for our weeklong stay but we managed. difficulty understanding how to request/receive late checkout but everything else was amazing and smooth!!! would recommend again and again

The place is beautiful and the location can’t be beat- short walk to all the spots in Chatham! Super clean and Drew was very responsive. I definitely recommend and hopefully will come back sometime soon!

Great place to stay! Nice decorations, nice location, and very clean when we first walked through the doors. The one negative (minor) was that we couldn't find a blow dryer anywhere, but not a huge deal at all. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this location to anyone visiting Cape Cod!

Rose was great She greeted us and show us around. When we had questions she responded quickly messages. Would definitely stay there again.

Marshall is a great host and made our stay in Nantucket a wonderful time. He was very helpful in recommending local companies to rent baby supplies from (e.g., stroller, pack n play), which made traveling much easier and less stressful! The condo is in a great location on Orange Street, about a 10 minute walk to Main Street and downtown Nantucket. The bedrooms were both downstairs and the living room and kitchen were upstairs - this is great for traveling with kids because we weren’t constantly worried about waking up our daughter. Overall, a great stay and we will definitely try to rent this place again for our next Nantucket trip.

I loved our stay . The place inside was bigger than I was expecting. They have so many dishes, glasses, towels, blankets, chairs, etc to use. The place was great, just wish our weather was better. Thank you for being so helpful before and during our stay . Hope to return next year .

We enjoyed our stay on Sea St. The place was the perfect size for my wife and I. The bed was very comfortable (and my wife can be picky about her mattress and pillows. We were there after pool season, but the pool and patio looked like a nice space. Krsana was very responsive and helpful. Great host. Great visit.

My wife and I had a great stay! Great space for two, but the location and property and the highlights. The minute long walk to the beach (or the Adirondack chairs overlooking the beach!) made everything relaxing and easy, and it’s centrally located enough that we could quickly and easily took day trips to other towns or long walks to dinner places and never felt like we were too far or too out of the way.

Sharon was a great host. she was responsive and friendly. She left a personalized list of suggested places to visit and there were fresh flowers in every room! The condo was the perfect size and had all the necessary amenities. Location could not have been better. Super close to beaches, a small market, and good food (Royal II, yum!!).

Cozy cottage in a great location. You can't beat having the beach a few minutes walk down the road.

We drove from Maryland up to the Cape, through lots of traffic. The host was great and responsive, suggesting great places for dinner. Our week was just amazing, wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was a perfect way to start and end the days and the bikes were a great way to explore the neighborhood. We really hope to return, just so much more we wanted to do.

Maxine's condo is a perfect place to stay on Cape Cod. Easy drive to many great places, and it is exactly as described in the listing. She was extremely responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend!

This was a lovely 2 bedroom very close to the water. It was clean and stocked with kitchen items and clean linens. Very happy with our stay.

We were first time visitors to Cape Cod and this was a great location to explore all areas of the Cape. We went biking, played pickleball, found wonderful places to eat, took a couple trips to Provincetown and enjoyed our evening walks to watch the sun set beachside. Helen was responsive and helpful and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

My all-time favorite place to stay in Oak Bluffs and Adrienne is a phenomenal host. A 5 minute walk to Ocean Park and Circuit Avenue. No detail is left unattended. She is both proactive and responsive and her home is beautiful. On some days I had to balance the urge to relax in the peacefulness of her home with the urge to visit the beauty of the beach. I did both. But since the unit has a balcony, I also enjoyed the beachfront views and solitude. Adrienne has made at least two important upgrades that make her already lovely home even more attractive: 1) She added a seating nook in the living room’s bay window - two leather bar height chairs and a three-tier table overlooking the beach and Seaview Avenue; and 2) she replaced the two single beds in the first bedroom with two double beds which enables her to increase occupancy. Although I was traveling solo this visit, I do plan to visit again with friends. Book it and fall in love with it!

Excellent location, clean, comfortable place to spend some time on the Cape. Perfect for my husband and I.

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

this is a great unit with lots of space for the family. so much to do on the cape and near by. but you can just park the car and just stay put with a beach and pool! everything went perfect

Loved the location and the apartment was facing the water, which meant a light cool breeze most of the time all day and night. The 2 bedroom apt was very clean and spacious and the 5 of us did not get in each of our ways. While inside, we did not hear any noise from our next door neighbors and sliding doors silenced any outdoor noise. The AC was cold and very comfortable. Amenities including additional outdoor access to a peaceful water area with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs was a huge plus. Indoor pool helped too with two little ones. Beach parking passes at a discount. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Would recommend and we would stay again.
