All the Comforts of Home.

They’re place was amazing. Greg’s breakfasts and Dorcas’s coffees were delicious. They would share they’re local tips with you depending on what you’re looking to do. We even learned about fishing tips from Greg and housing tips from Dorcas. Their three dogs are also such cuties. They love company and always love being pet. They had a game room too where you can play pool and dart. Greg & Dorcas’s place is amazing and definitely a recommended stay. If there’s a chance we would love to go back.

Becky is very kind, and always responsive and helpful. We enjoy chatting with her. Just like chatting with lovely grandma🥰 She greatly assisted us in cooking and providing all we needed, we even got cute presents from her. The room is super comfy and delicate. You can see every detail in the whole house. I hope I can stay longer! It’s a perfect place for our trip from SF to LA. :) Highly recommended! The best Airbnb I have experienced.

Pebble Beach forest hideaway!

NatashaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My boyfriend and I flew to San Francisco for my birthday weekend. We decided to drive down towards Monterey for sight seeing and exploring. Sargis home was exactly as described was VERY clean and comfortable. We loved the wine, cheese and crackers that were laid out for us. You can tell the host care by the attention to detail in how nice and clean the space was. Also our proximity to BiG Sur and highway 1 also made this location appealing to us. Overall I’d highly recommend staying here if you plan to explore Monterey/Carmel by the sea/Big Sur.

Abbi & Chrissy's was everything that we hoped for + more! Their home was beautiful and we felt right at home. The suite felt cozy and had everything we needed and i love being able to park right outside our door. We only got to meet Abbi but she was so welcoming and said hi to us upon checking in :) Most importantly, we appreciate them welcoming our pup and letting her roam around the yard!!! I wish we could spend more time at the house next time lol.

Family Friendly Homestead + Aquarium Passes

JamieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Overall, a great family and kid friendly home in Salinas, between Gilroy Gardens and Monterey. We had 3 families in our group (9 people total, 6 adults and 3 small children), and it was accommodating with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large living area, decent kitchen area and a long dining table and backyard patio space. Clean rooms and bathroom and kitchen and rooms, home was as described. The host was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations too including 2 passes to Monterey Bay Aquarium. There was a closet full of boardgames and cards and some young children's toys. She even had fresh chicken and few duck eggs in the fridge for us to use from the coop in backyard. The only negative was the cots in 2 of the rooms, not comfortable at all for any adult to sleep on, not enough padding and can feel the frame, possibly only for a young child to use. I would suggest switching the twin beds for a full bed w firmer mattress in the room with 2 twins and cot if space permits.

Sunny Home Above Carmel Valley (SR)

RhiannonRating, 5 stars2 days ago
What an amazing place! If anything it exceeded our expectations. Bill and Brenda were wonderful hosts going above and beyond. Freshly baked goods and a breakfast spread like no other we’ve ever had (especially at an airbnb!). There was even earl grey tea which for us English folk was a real plus! The views were sensational, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom plenty spacious. There was also a downstairs living area for guests equipped with glasses mugs (extra tea) and a microwave. They really have thought of everything! Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The Octopus Garden (1 of 2 rooms)

CharlesRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We stayed at Cates house for two months and left with such good memories. :) The house is very cozy, has all needed necessities like toilet paper, soaps, shampoos and lots of things in the kitchen for guests to use. It was always clean, full of art and has a cute yard with a beautiful garden where it’s nice to relax (there’s even space to do yoga on the backyard if that’s your thing!). Our favorite thing about our stay was Cate herself. She’s such a lovely, fun and friendly person and she’s very generous which we’re really grateful for. Cate has a lot of good recommendations on places nearby, what to do and eat. We had such good time at her place and would love to revisit her whenever we come across Seaside! :)

Mimsy - Jabberwock Inn

JakeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Wow wow wow wow WOW. Best most unique bnb experience we have ever had. Did not want to leave. Rick and Suzanne run the most beautiful BnB business. They personally greet each guest and give them a quick history lesson of the house and the area. They have thought of everything and go above and beyond, from bed side tables and outlets next to each bedside, brandy in the bedrooms for a night cap, homemade cookies, tea and coffee always available, a cute little communal fridge with drinks called the rabbit hole and so much more. Dorothy their innkeeper is also fantastic. They all have extensive knowledge about the area and will give great lunch and dinner recommendations if you ask. You won’t need any breakfast recommendations though because their homemade breakfast is better than anything you could get at a restaurant. We cannot wait to go back!!

Two Bedroom Suite in a Bed & Breakfast Inn

JadeRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The unit was spacious and perfectly appointed for our bday occasion, close to shops and restaurants and completely dog friendly as this time we brought our fluffmeister. Amy was easy to communicate with and provided us with a thoughtful bday surprise. Throughout our stay, we built lovely memories in Carmel Country Inn and look forward to staying there in the future.

Sunset Inn Pacific Grove

Rishi offers an incredibly warm welcome, that is genuine and caring. How lovely, after we’d been on a long road trip! He offered us a bottle of wine at check-in and other nice touches when he learned that it was my birthday. We took the advice of another reviewer and left our car parked when heading out in the evening, as all the spaces were full. Uber was reasonable price. We loved the quiet location, and only issues we had was not being able to access reception area the morning we were leaving, for breakfast and to check-out. Otherwise, our host made our stay very very welcoming and memorable. Would recommend!

It was as comfortable as my home and the host was as warm and kind as my mom. The meal we had together was delicious, and the conversation we had together was really fun. I want to go there again. Don't hesitate to make a reservation.

Absolutely perfect. The bed was comfortable. The sheets and blankets were soft. Our little fireplace did the trick for the chilly evenings. Bathroom was well stocked and large. Breakfast each morning was hot and fresh. Delicious little muffins were available at all times. Furniture in the living room was soft and cozy. We had a lovely lovely stay.
