the condo was beautiful Diane was a great host answered every question me and my family had and very polite we will for sure rent from her agian for another vacation.

Was a little leery of staying on the 19th floor, but the elevators are extremely fast. Never had to wait too long for a ride. Jay’s place is clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is about parking- which isn’t any fault of Jay. Our stay was less than 24 hours and still had to pay the same fee we would if our stay lasted a week. Prorating for parking would be more favorable.

Our stay was very enjoyable! Ellis & Julie made us feel welcome, were very responsive hosts, and the place was clean and comfortable.

Would definitely stay again. Great place, kind and responsive owners.

Perfect! Been on the road a while and need a place that was comfortable, peaceful and where I could walk in stead of drive to get food. Sandi’s place checks all the boxes and more.

We had the BEST Easter weekend at this beautiful condo. We felt right at home! Allison was super responsive and helpful with all our questions. We definitely recommend this for a perfect beach getaway.

Patricia's condo is beautiful. It is a perfect place for a beach getaway. I loved that the beach was right across the street and the view from the deck is so peaceful. I felt at home when I walked in and loved her well-stocked kitchen. I always bring my pillow but forgot it--but her pillows and bed were very comfortable. Such a lovely, serene place--I will definitely come back.

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

Great rental on the canal. Walkable to the beach. We enjoyed using their bikes for rides into town and the kayaks for trips around the canal. Rental was well laid out and well furnished.

The Bayside Bungalow has everything you need to have a wonderful getaway…a fabulous location, amazing views, nice amenities and lots of comfort! It also has the bonus of having the most kind, caring hosts. Russell and Ashton genuinely care about their guests and it shows in everything they do and how they communicate with you. They are the true definition of a 5 star host!

Great place! Private and quiet! Rented kayaks and SUPs, and it was perfect! Loved having the beach to ourselves!

I was there for bird watching, specifically migrating birds. I probably chose my dates a week early as I saw a lot of birds but only a few migrating through. The place was cozy and clean. I had my dog with me and we enjoyed visiting the Daphne Dog Park daily and our early morning and late afternoon walks at the property. I had only one issue which was quickly explained by Stephen and staff. I appreciate the quick responses. Thank you!

This place is the epitome of perfection. Beautiful home with absolutely everything you need. Safe yard space, and a beautiful dock you could kayak, fish, and enjoy the bay. It was an incredible visit with family and I will definitely stay here again.

The beach house was just what I was looking for. I wanted a small quiet place to spend my birthday with my dog. I loved the location. It was private and scenic. A short walk to the beach. The house was stocked with all of the essentials. I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much!!

such a beautiful, quiet stay!!!! We came with our 2.5 yr old and the Little Lagoon was the perfect "beach" for him. We felt that our accommodations was just the right size for our needs. It was also an easy, walkable distance from the beach front.

Great place to stay when you are in the Pensacola area. Quiet, good views and central location, close to naval base as well as beaches, restaurants, other activities. Very clean and comfortable. This is our third stay and we may be back yet again.!

The condo is very comfortable. It has everything you need and more. Cindy is very quick to respond. She lives in the building in case you need something and answered very quickly. Condo is almost next to Florabama which is fun! Balcony is small if you like to sit outside with crew for sunsets and the entire property including balconies and area by pool/grills/jacuzzi is no smoking (and they enforce this). Beach in front of condo is easy to access and not too crowded! Everything is very clean! Thanks!

This was the best place we have ever stayed at. Perfect location. A view of the bay right outside on the porch. We spent a lot of time there watching dolphins. The private beech is just right across the street. The space was also so comfortable. Plenty of room to relax. We loved it here and are planning on coming back!

It was our first time to Perdido Key and it was great staying in the condo; it had a full kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms for my son and myself, and was well equipped. My son was all about screencasting to the TVs which worked seamlessly. We hung out on the balcony as well. Nice place!

Condo is as described & in a peaceful & well-kept neighborhood. Host is especially helpful & responsive, & offers helpful recommendations for the area. Great location in close proximity to all activities in Pensacola. Beds were comfortable & bathrooms were meticulously clean. Kitchen was well equipped for basic needs. We particularly enjoyed the waterfront view while sitting out on our balcony each morning, watching the birds & water. Also enjoyed the Dolphin-watching boat trip with the company Jolly Dolphin. Overall a great stay and would stay here again!
