Amazing! About a two block walk to the beach, you can actually see the water from the end of the driveway. Very cozy home and tucked away. Perfect for my family of 6! Everyone was comfortable, it felt like home. Melinda was extremely accommodating! We came in early and she accommodated us for early check in (because no one else had booked at the time) and late check out. Place was exactly as described and pictured. Just in case it matters to someone Who’s looking the two extra bedrooms do not have televisions, just the living room and master. Which was fine for us, but I know I’ve traveled before and needed them for my littles, but we were quite entertained with other things. Walmart is 5 mins away if you need anything, local restaurants are nearby.If you’re trying to go to the SugarFactory with minors go before 10pm and if it’s windy I wouldn’t recommend Ship Island. Just my little tidbit.But Melinda was amazing! Definitely saving for our next trip since we travel that was often

Cute place. Family enjoyed the location and covered space to grill and hang out. The beach is just a couple of minutes walking distance from the house and so is Felix's.

We had a great stay. The house was immaculate, and the beach was right out front. It was a short drive to restaurants but the traffic was minimal. If you are looking for a great beach view in your dining area, your bedrooms, and your living area this is it. Ocean Springs has great places to eat and shops to visit. We will be back.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Colleen's cottage. It was beautiful - we especially loved the huge live oak trees and the sandy beach. House was spotless and very comfortable. Colleen was a friendly communicator and answered all of my questions quickly. Definitely recommend.

Debra was very nice and helpful with everything we needed. I could text or call her and she would either answer me or get back with me within the hour. She was very accommodating and wanted us to have the best stay possible…. And we absolutely did!! I would definitely book with her again

This place is minutes from a park, beach, pop up market, Waffle House, other restaurants, splash pad. All within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here so much!

The hosts went above and beyond to make the accommodations welcoming. Little touches like plentiful (full!) ice cube trays, several bottles of water, basic toiletries, and beach chairs. It was so nice having enough space for the early risers to avoid waking the others! Our dog loved the fenced-in yard, and we hope to return next spring.

This is the third winter that we have stayed at Amy's beach house. It is by far our favorite rental property and we have stayed at several rentals over the years. The house is awesome and has everything you need for a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The location, 600 feet from the beach, is incredible and the beach is dog friendly which is very important for us. The area is very quiet with very little traffic even during peak hours. There are countless restaurants in the area including Waveland, Bay St. Louis, Pass Christian, Gulfport, Biloxi, Ocean Springs etc. All are very drivable. Amy is an excellent and responsive host. Mr. Billy, who provides handyman services for Amy, is wonderful and rapidly dealt with any household issues which were very minor in nature and easily resolved. We certainly very much appreciate Mr. Billy. We are planning on renting the house again for next winter. Thank you Amy for your excellent support throughout our stay.

Very clean and cozy place. Was gated and very safe. I would recommend this place to anyone, the owners were very communicative and helpful. You won’t find a cleaner nicer place for the money !

We had a great stay at Mindy’s place everything was as described and super clean. It really felt like home for our stay. We loved being able to walk across the street and be on the beach or just sitting on the deck enjoying the warm weather. Would definitely recommend staying here. Short drive to all the restaurants and attractions. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe.

We had a great stay in Gulfport. The hosts were extremely prompt in any communication and questions we had - both prior to and during our stay. The house is stocked with basics, such as toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry pods, and a roll of paper towels, which is helpful, before we could get to the store. Additionally, there are plenty of dishes and every item you would need for cooking. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the main strip that has lots of restaurants and stores, and is extremely relaxing.

This was such a wonderful home and place to stay! We had both of our mothers travel in with us for the Christmas holiday and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The location is perfect - so close to the beach, shopping and the casinos. The house was so clean and had everything we needed and a great backyard for our dogs. Would definitely recommend and would look to stay here again the next time we’re in Biloxi.

My mother-in-law and kiddos enjoyed their stay! Maddy was an amazing host! She knew that GPS wouldn’t take them to the home so with her patience and help they were able to find it no issues! The area was quiet and serene. The pool was clean and lovely to swim in. The home itself was beautiful and clean as well! All and all it was an amazing stay and perfect for a little getaway!

The Knotty Pine was a super cozy, well-appointed space. Jenn thought of every detail anyone would need to feel comfortable. The linens and beds were top-notch. The shower was one we wanted to linger in. We were able to find any item we needed, big or small, in the kitchen. There were abundant great places, both inside and outside, to sit and relax. The neighborhood was quiet, and we had a 5-minute walk to the beach. I’ve stayed at countless Airbnbs, and this one is on the top of the list.

This place is so relaxing. From the backyard to walking in with spa music on, this is a great find!! Close to everything in ocean springs. Host recommended Saki for sushi. Amazing! We ate there two nights in a row. House was clean. Justin was so easy to talk to. And the house really is a treasure and a delight to look around and see all of the decor. Would definitely stay again!

Came to BSL for a girls’ weekend and this place was perfect! There was plenty of room for 6 of us and the heated pool and outdoor area was amazing! The house is less than 5 minutes from Main Street, so a perfect location! Would definitely stay here again!

location, Location, LOCATION! This place is walkable to the beach, many restaurants and lots of cute local shops. Loved the accessibility of it all. Also, super pet friendly, a fenced in yard that was perfect for my dogs. Cute sitting area out back by the fire pit and every item you would. need in the kitchen. Best shower ever in any Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Will certainly stay here again.
