Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Maine

Beautiful (and big) place! Everything was uber clean. My husband and I especially enjoyed the large, open kitchen with built in Sonos speaker system for making dinner, etc. Host was super responsive and friendly for a need we had. The small town of Bethel is only 10-15 minutes away with grocery store, and three must-go spots (Gemini Cafe & Bakery, Good Food Store and Mountain Social Kitchen & Bar)! Perfect location for day trip excursion to White Mountain National forest. We just loved it here, and didn’t want to leave!

A ski house with a TON of heart. Walking in you can immediately feel all the fun family trips and epic powder missions this place has been steeped in. Beyond plenty of spots to sleep, great fireplace/living room, and we loved that posters, trail maps, and a snowboard were the decor instead of store bought “it’s ski-o’clock somewhere” silly placards. Super convenient ski in/out access that will have me returning during the winter for sure. All around perfect ski trip house!

OMG The Manor at Boho Ridge was the perfect AirB&B for me and my friends for another friends son’s wedding near by. My friends were blown away at how beautiful this house is. The amenities, cleanliness & comfort that this house offers is second to none. I’ve been to a few AirB&B’s lately and this house was stocked beyond compare both in the kitchen & all the bathrooms. I probably don’t have to return to Maine anytime soon but if I did this would be the place I would choose. If you’re choosing a house in the area this is the one. Highly recommended for families or groups. We were 8 people and had room for at least 2 more if not 4 more.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sugarloaf! The condo was clean and cozy and was very convenient to ski in / ski out with a short walk to the Buckboard Trail. David was a wonderful host and we really had everything we needed for our stay. David even dialed up a spring storm so the conditions were the best of the year. I would highly recommend David’s condo if you are traveling to Sugarloaf!

The location was perfect, as we were attending our son’s wedding at the Oxbow Beer Garden. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful and it was a fun, cozy place to stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great time with the family at Laura’s place! Beautiful area, spacious house with everything needed. The fireplace was super nice in the cool nights and the game room was a nice entertainment. Private and surrounded by nature. Laura was very responsive and easy to communicate.

This place is truly a gem! A group of us stayed here for the MDI Marathon, and it was the perfect place to retreat to throughout the weekend. The host, Jen, was friendly and easy to reach with any questions regarding our stay. Everything in the house is brand new (and super clean). There is everything you would need for cooking meals and storing leftovers. We have three children under 9yrs old, and there was plenty of room for them and even games, pack n play, high chair etc. The carriage trails behind the house were family friendly and easy to access from the house. The house is in a great location for Acadia and Bar Harbor. We hope to be able to stay here next year!

We really enjoyed our stay, easy to catch the shuttle at the end of the driveway and head out for a day of skiing. It was great to come home and relax by the fireplace after a full day on the hill. Wonderful layout, having the bedrooms upstairs away from the main area for privacy.

This is our group’s second time staying at this home and it’s perfect for us. We love the large front driveway for playing outdoor games, enjoy the spaciousness of the inside and amount of cooking space for large groups too.

This condo was wonderful! It was very clean and easily accommodated my family for our long ski weekend. It was not as "ski-in" as I had anticipated but it was a short walk through the parking lot to the ski hill (under 5 mins) so that was easy enough. You could also hike up a little embankment to get right to the ski hill without going through the parking lot but that was not really possible for us with kids. The house itself was clean, everything worked well and had plenty of space for all of us (4 adults and 3 kids). Pleasant Mountain was a great resort for us as our kids are just leaning how to ski and they offered lots of lessons and camps. Additionally, we loved the night skiing which was easy to take advantage of because we were so close! Greg was super responsive and friendly which made staying here a breeze! Will definitely look into coming back next season!

A nice clean comfortable condo in the Sunday River ski resort. Excellent communication with the host. Guests with small children or elderly beware: in this two-story condo the staircase is entirely open on one side, making it a potential fall hazard.

Another great stay at Steven’s Sugarloaf retreat! The condo doesn’t have some basics like dish detergent and bath products that are found at many rentals of this price point, so remember to bring those. Such a super location!

Lauren’s place was just what we needed for our getaway to sugarloaf. An amazing, spacious and clean condo with ample room for the whole group. It had everything we needed and more! This is a great property to stay at if you're skiing, golfing, hiking or exploring around Sugarloaf. It's well located near trails and the bus stop. Lauren was a great host and provided detailed information to ensure our stay went smoothly. Would definitely recommend a stay at Lauren’s place!

Awesome stay. The cabin was tucked back in the trees and perfect for a quiet getaway. It was a very comfy place. The gas fire place and hot tub were great. The trail is conveniently located for walks or runs or your ATV if you bring one. We went into town a few times for food and the locals were always friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

This place was ABSOLUTELY beautiful! It was very spacious and homey for group of friends. Would definitely recommend this place. Also if you’re planning on visiting during summer time, make sure you bring a fan to help regulate the temperature in your room especially for the room with the bunk beds. There was a ceiling fan in the living room and it helps a lot. We had a lot of fun in the basement with the pool table and darts. Overall we all had a great time and looking forward on staying here again!

So you know the Host at this cabin is very attentive and really keeps a close eye on the safety of your stay at this cabin on the Mtn, almost a mile into the woods. Trudy wants you to have a successful new experience roughing it, and roughing it is not always easy… so only plan to stay there for this kind of adventure you already like to experience or thing you would like to have. We go because we know what to expect! Bon Voyage! This cabin in the woods is a cool place to go to and allows you some space to breathe fresh air away from the busyness of your daily world. It is peaceful and calm and always resets my mind and reduces distress!

It is a beautiful setting to spend with some friends. We were a bit nervous to book a late March cabin rental, but the snow gods were on our side. We enjoyed our time around the fire pit and in nature. And we ended up waking up to fresh powder. We skied all day and had the best day of the year on Pleasant! Thank you!

The cabin was wonderful! Such a peaceful and beautiful getaway. The property manager Nadine was extremely responsive and kind. Highly recommend the stay!

Plenty of amenities such as towels, kitchen supplies to be comfortable. Might just want to check to be sure all light bulbs are working. The living room was a little dark.
