Vacation rentals in Lizard Head

We LOVED our stay! It is the perfect location- 10min away from town and about 20min away from purgatory. The house is immaculately clean and comfortable for a family to enjoy!

We had a fantastic week! Beautiful place, great location, plenty of room to spread out (two families), shuttle made getting to the resort a breeze (the app is a little clunky but gets the job done). Would absolutely stay here again.

When we were supposed to arrive, there was a mishap with her cleaners not showing up, she got right on it, was very apologetic even though it was out of her control. She was very helpful, caring and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect for our stay. As far as a host goes I couldn't sing her praises much more. This was our first time using Air BNB and it was only a positive experience, she communicated well and made sure everything was right. Simply amazing

One of the best airbnb in Durango. Kids friendly and lot of things to do. Lot of books for book lovers. Back yard is great to spend evening with bonfire.

Loved it!! This cabin was exactly what we hoped it would be for our honeymoon - very quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. We enjoyed majestic views of the mountains in every direction. The cabin was spacious and comfortable. It was a remote location but perfectly situated for our adventures in Telluride, Ridgway, and Ouray yet close enough to Montrose for resupply of essentials and a nice dinner out one evening.

It was great I was hesitant staying in a place that someone lived in, but it was fine.

We had a wonderful experience at Laura's place in Ouray. The location was very close to town but provided a quiet and private escape. You do have to drive to get into town, as the house is about 1 mile from restaurants and shops, but it was no big deal as parking was free and easy everywhere we went. The house was very clean and was the perfect space for a family of four. The house included all amenities we needed for our stay, including all kitchen utensils and cookware and even laundry detergent. Overall the house was beautiful and we would definitely stay there again!

Laurie’s place was exactly what I expected. Having been there previously I knew this building was older. Laurie did a great job keeping the condo minimal but still provided everything you could need. It was just a short walk to the lifts and was so nice being right at the ski resort and not having to deal with parking, etc. Definitely worth the price.

Comfortable, unique stay. The loft bedroom may not be for everyone but very cozy.
