Monthly Rentals in Laurel

This was my second time staying at Mattie’s cottage. I’m sure I’ll stay here again. The neighborhood is walkable and safe. The cottage is close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and my favorite the bike trail. The hosts are friendly and welcoming.

Michelle’s place was just the perfect place for myself and my team during our stay. She had everything ready prior to arrival. The instructions from check in to check out were accurate. She was helpful with all location places that really assisted us to adapt to the place very quickly. This house is definitely one of my favourites in all my travels. She definitely delivered in spades. For anyone looking to rent this house, It’s a home that you will fall in love with. Loved the salt water pool. The pictures don’t do justice.

We enjoyed our stay. Bill and Robin were good hosts and very responsive. Everything was as described. Would stay there again.

Great home base for beach vacation from Siesta Key / Sarasota down to Venice. Easy access to stores, restaurants and more in the area. House was well equipped with beach and pool equipment and needs. Great kitchen and gas grill for eating meals at home too. Wonderful pool and very clean and accommodating house for groups of all sizes. Great house for family with children of all ages that love swimming in the pool. Bird viewing at the island across the way in the backyard was a particular unexpected highlight especially in the morning. Overall felt very private despite being in a neighborhood.
