Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake Wawasee

The place looks exactly like the photos - which is great. It’s comfortable and well decorated. The bed is comfortable, the fridge keeps things cold, everything operated as expected. There was always a parking space nearby for me. There’s a great coffee shop, Brewha, perfect for a pick up in the morning. The hosts are responsive and understanding. The location is superb. I don’t have anything negative to say and many more positive things I could add but I’m sure I just can’t think of them right now. Next time in town I hope I can stay there again!

Clean and cozy. Host was very responsive. Only issue was that I couldn’t find any garbage bags, so I couldn’t empty the garbages like I would have liked to. Beautiful tiny home and perfect location across the park with close access to forest trails.

Nice place to stay. Great to have 2 full bathrooms and pet friendly.

Convenient to ND campus. Very clean setup. Host provided great instructions entrance and use of shower. Enjoyed the brief stay would definitely consider again! Host was very responsive and readily available. Thanks Kristina!

I had a great time in south bend largely in part to the comfortable accommodation and amenities our host provided us. Vonita made our stay pleasurable. Will book in the future for sure.

We had a great stay! The space was exceptionally clean and well organized.beautiful surroundings and wildlife. There's a great walk through the wooded area that has interesting surprises! Lynette is a terrific host. She responds to messages quickly and in a friendly manner, she is helpful and proactive in communicating. We highly recommend!!

Emily's condo is absolutely beautiful and spacious, and more than we could have hoped for! It was well-appointed and perfectly stocked with anything needed for our stay there. We stayed 3 weeks and wished we could have stayed longer! The elevator worked perfectly and it was very easy to enter and leave the condo with key-coded entry, and there is also a wonderful coffee shop on the first floor. Our favorite part of the condo was the amazing Purple mattress in the master bedroom! It was SO comfortable- soft but not too soft! The only mild negatives for us was that a train would go by late at night blaring its horn, but we soon adjusted to it after a couple of nights. We also had a little difficulty two times finding a place to park in the all day section of the free parking lot down the street during the day but, otherwise, parking was fine! Emily was easy to reach and very pro-active in taking care of one small weather-related issue that occurred during our stay. We will be back!

We were going through a difficult time and Gregory‘s place was wonderful in that time. There were so many things to do that we could just walk to. There was plenty of parking, so we were always able to park nearby to the house. We appreciated their hospitality so much!

Matthew was a polite and helpful host. He offered us a grill right off the bat, and then was really flexible about our possibly extending our stay. He followed up with us prior to our stay ending and wished us well. I really enjoyed the house itself. It was conveniently located to gas, fast food, and stores. We were able to find anything we needed close by. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything Matthew!!

Jourdan’s place is simply amazing! Located in South Bend, it’s a perfect spot for anyone visiting the area. The house was spotless, well-equipped with everything listed, and looked exactly like the photos. There’s also a lovely outdoor seating area that makes it easy to relax and unwind. Jourdan is a fantastic host—very responsive and thoughtful. The apartment is cozy and well-maintained. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Check in and check out was super easy. Had a small concern at check in and Douglas responded very quickly!

House was nestled in a private neighborhood. It was close to highways and other amenities. Comfy beds. Enjoyed nature in backyard-saw coyote and cat (separate times) enjoying the pond in back.

A nice place to stay. We arrived late after a Notre Dame game and slept well. I enjoyed the mini split system in the living room where I slept comfortably on the fold out sofa. The sun room was pretty and the house was very clean.

Great and clean place to stay! We were there for one night for a wedding and it was located in a cute little neighborhood.
