Great stay, perfect for 2 people, wonderful alternative to a hotel so that we could each have our own bedrooms and great value. Matched description. Took us a minute to spot the driveway as house is tucked back from road, but super cute. You’ll want a car to be able to fully explore island easily.

Lisa was extremely hospitable as I needed assistance with drying some clothes. She was warm and engaging throughout my stay. Definitely will be back.

I stayed for several weeks and found it to be well equipped and comfortable. The apt is over a garage to which other guests have access, but this was not an issue. There is a hardware/lumber place next door and occasionally (2-3 times) I was woken up by noise in their compound - I am an early riser, so I didnt find it to be an issue at all. I biked or walked everywhere--the location is safe and very close to the Falmouth bus depot, the Shining Sea bike path+bird sanctuary, and downtown Falmouth. The space is really comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped. There are lots of pots and pans and even things for baking. I stayed in early Spring and the heating system was efficient and the skylights provided lots of light so that the space felt airy and cozy. Victoria & Caroline are very responsive and welcoming with lots of helpful recommendations/info for places to rent bikes, markets within walking distance, etc. I would definitely stay here again!
