Monthly Rentals in Kensico Reservoir

Alison’s home was absolutely perfect for when I was visiting my boys who go to Pace University. It is within walking distance to Pace, the Metro North train station, the town, restaurants and supermarket. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful. It was a pleasure to meet Alison who was super friendly. She went over everything that I needed to know about the apartment and area when I arrived. The kitchen was stocked with everything that I needed to make all of my meals and the bed was super comfy. The entire place was impeccably clean and had more than enough closet and drawer space to put away all of my belongings. Loved the private entrance and onsite parking. I will reserve this Airbnb again on my next visit. Thank you for a great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Joanna! She was lovely and incredibly sweet and helpful as I bumbled my way to arrive, much later than planned. Was very open and giving offering me free use of the kitchen, its contents and offering rides to and from the train station. Also appreciated getting to snuggle an adorable feline friend.

Ivone is a terrific host. Her place is peaceful, clean, and comfortable. I’ve stayed in her home on several occasions and plan to come back in the future.

We stayed at Russell and Katya's place for two nights and had a fantastic time! The apartment was exactly as described- it was very cute and located in a quiet neighborhood, and was incredibly clean. The kitchen was convenient for snacking purposes, but it also wasn't that much trouble at all to hike up and down the hill to the center of the town for more food. Russell and Katya were very responsive throughout our trip and made us feel welcomed- we'd recommend this apartment to anyone looking to visit the surrounding area!
